Most amazing experience of my life! Natalia was my therapist today and I cannot put into words how great she is at what she does. It was a whole new world for me. I was treated like a king, honestly could not recommend more!

I have been suffering from severe case of L5-S1 disc herniation with extreme sciatica since April’23. Not to mention that I have visited multiple therapists, including chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, and other Remedial Massage Therapist. None of them have taken me seriously and have only made money out of my pockets. Unfortunately pain in this world is a business for most of the registered therapists in the market. They see us as money making machine. I was honestly disappointed after visiting these so-called registered therapists for five months until I met Suki and Diana at Evaiya.
I’ve started visiting Evaiya since October 2023, and with every single visit, I started to feel better in terms of mobility and reduction in pain intensity. My case is really complex as I didn’t opt for any cortisone injections, or any other high intensity painkillers to avoid any addiction,

My main focus was to reduce my pain and to increase mobility by getting appropriate physical therapy.
Whilst I got disappointed with all the other therapists I received a new ray of hope after visiting Evaiya.

At Evaiya, I was never promised that I’ll get better immediately, but even after the first treatment, I could feel the difference in the energy of my body. You know when you are in extreme pain, you seek empathy, understanding and trust from your therapist and I could only get all these plus improvement in my condition since I have started my treatments with at Evaiya.

At Evaiya, all the therapists are highly professional and registered. They do not take their work just as business, but they always go above and beyond to assess you as an individual, get a deeper understanding of your body, what your body needs and then only prepare a proper therapy plan to give you the best outcome.

I was in so much pain that I was willing to schedule sessions with them every second or third day, but Suki has advised me that the most effective way of my therapy is not to take therapy sessions very frequently, but only once in fortnightly. This shows that they are not here for making money like all the other therapists in the market.

After a month of therapy sessions (once every fortnight), I can say that I am 50% better than the first day.
As I have a typical condition of pinched nerve, it might take a bit more time to be hundred percent, but one thing I’m sure that I am a lifelong loyal customer of Evaiya.
They have seen me and valued me more than just a client and their focus is to make me walk pain-free someday very soon.

They have earned my trust, and I recommend them to every single individual, despite of their ages, and pain conditions to visit Evaiya and get an authentic treatment to get the best value of your investment.

Once again, I really appreciate Suki and her team for all their hard work, valuable time and going above and beyond for me. They are the most authentic Remedial massage Therapists in Gold Coast.
I rate Evaiyya As Superstars and super healers. May God bless them with happiness, success and prosperity. Five ️stars are too less for their care and support they provide to their clients along with their services.

1 star for the beverage and welcome platter.

Saw the review to get a massage, I was having Instant Wellness Day Spa Package. The staff service and the overall atmosphere was nice and chill vibe. I choose medium pressure.

However, to rate the massage skill I will give 1 out of 10,80% of the time was like gently applied oil feeling, even requested pressure adjustment, after the massage my tiredness and sore muscles still remained. The massage experience was not relax at all, she massaged me with random order and many of pressure spots were totally missed. Definitely need a further training. My package included hot stone but how I felt was things on my back, that’s it…

Feel like my $99 massage machine is doing a better job than this.

If you like a chill and relax atmosphere regardless massage skill it is a good choice. However, Iwon’t recommend anyone if you’re keen for a professional massage.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My therapist was polite, professional and accommodating. The best massage experience I have ever had. Thank you.

We had a really nice relaxed time there.
The 3-hour package was awesome, so refreshing! I'm a shame because I fall asleep so it felt too short. But that means the massage was perfect

Only the negative side were, the therapist’s hands were cold at the beginning and the spa bath temperature was cold for us. We like hot spa in cold season so maybe they can ask our favourite before bath time.

We enjoyed using surfers plaza facilities, such as a sauna and plunge pool which was included, and free parking. The location was very convenient.

Felt so relaxed after our session! A perfect place to take your partner, or just yourself! The foot massage, full body massage, snacks and drink were 10/10. Sad I'm going back to Melbourne and can't make it a regular thing! I'll definitely visit again when I come back to the GC.

I get a lot of messages all around the world but this place is by far one of my favorites!
I loved every minute of it, the staff members are really friendly, and they truly want you to have an excellent experience.
I had a Zen spa package and it was perfect, Sarah took care of me so well that I have rebooked again for next week.
The technic was great, with a perfect balance between the elbow and hand massage, she massaged every muscle carefully and delivered, it was slow and precise, and I felt appreciated and valued as a customer.
The booking process is a little bit annoying but It is worth it.

We went for a couples massage and had the Island package. Desiree and Sara were AMAZING. Magic hands, we both felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Absolutely wonderful. Only part of the package needing improvement was the platter and pre-massage part at the reception area. Would definitely recommend a massage here. Thank you girls!

My sister & I enjoyed a 90 minute zen package. The deep tissue massage was intense but good! Such nice staff. Parking on site. Short walk from Cavil Av.

Lovely staff and great value for money! We did a couples spa packages for 2 hours and it was well worth it. It’s not a really fancy spa if that what you are after. But definitely the best value around.

The staff was very friendly, respectful and accomodating. I requested a light massage and the massage therapist did exactly that without any issues. Would come back again for sure.
