My time at etc training has been fantastic in that it has brought me more confidence and knowledge of computers and more confident in how to approach a cover letter and resume. Karyn Valey was my trainer and she is one of the most approacable and sweetest people I have ever met. Karyn has given me so much confidence and knowledge that I know that it wont be long before I am working. Please keep Karyn as a teacher she is wonderful.

My teacher Sharon Gregori was amazing and great at her job. I loved the CTA course and learnt a lot.she helped me navigate the system. With her supporting and good knowledge I could get many useful information about how to find a job, resume, cover letter and more.

I was computer illiterate and you have taught me how to be more comfortable and confident using a computer. I now have more knowledge on setting out my cover letters and resume. Do not use this provider, they look down at their clients, in one on ones they continuously look past you to other staff members behind you. "CLIENTS ARE THEIR ENTERTAINMENT" They've no interest in helping clients, supporting clients, listening to clients, the meetings are a waste of time. STEER CLEAR
