I have not been with etc at caboolture office but since choosing this one I am very pleased and just want to say a big thanks to Josh Bradley who works there he is my consultant and I have found him to go high above his means to help out at a short notice I have always spoke very high of Josh Bradley and he deserves to be recognised for what he does for people.
The staff at etc caboolture are all so very nice but my main concern is Josh Bradley always helping out when he could there should be more people like him.

I cant thank Amelia enough, she is the Team leader at ETC Caboolture. My main consultant Ellanore was on holidays and unreachable for help, in return Amelia made persistent contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed when I gained employment, from interviews to start dates. I couldn't of made it without Amelia's kindness and understanding of the difficult times we are faced with, she is a very lovely person and and I am very greatfull, I can now keep a roof over my family's head and keep food on the table. Since I have started been a client with my ETC agent Danielle, I have been more supported, helped and given more assistance with the workforce Australia scheme through ETC agent Danielle than any other employment agencies. She is always happy and positive in helping me with my appointments to job search, updated resumes, training and helped me to gain the confidence to update my skills and training for gaining employment. Just a thought regarding my experience at your Caboolture Office this morning.
If your 'Team Leaders' are going to hold a Team Meeting where they openly voice their disdain for your Clients, and their thoughts on 'managing' them, then hold the meetings at a time when Clients aren't sitting in your Waiting Area.
After overhearing your 'Team Leaders' this morning for nearly 30 minutes, my main takeaway was that everyone is dishonest, and all that is important is that your Team achieve their KPI's.
VERY disappointed in ETC Cabooolture, they need to do better.

Treated like Cattle @a sales yard! Felt like we all needed Branding! Just another number. They get paid to have us there! If you don't turn up you get cut off!

Well what can I say Josh is amazing is put the in job networks again he treat you like a person not just another number I think he is fantastic and good at his job to Josh
