Great team. Friendly and helpful service. Dedicated to their clients and always willing to lend a hand. Going to miss Shania, V and Jamie who are always good for laughs and games in the Friday hangouts! Shania, especially, is a queen who worked tirelessly with any of my employment troubles. They all are!

Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and understanding. As a teenager with anxiety they helped me more than i expected. The support I have even after I got a job is amazing:)

Amazing place to go to if you need help for all sorts of things. Shania has been super helpful with my transition into study, and everyone there feels very human. Easy to connect with and has a flexable and understanding environment.

ETC Caloundra are amazing, so helpful and willing to do all they can to get you to where you want to be, they have supported me in trying to find a job as well as helping me pay for things i need for work/interviews. Etc caloundra have done more then just be my job provider, all the staff have always been so caring and welcoming like no other provider i have ever been with, they have been a big big physical an emotional support and helped more then anyone else has throughout the last few weeks while ive been going through alot of personal probelms and they have welcomed me and supported me more then my own family, they care about every single client and they really try to show that they are supporting you because they genuinely care and want to see you do better. They helped me gain the confidence to want to go back to work and when I was scared to call work places back they offered me to come in and make me lunch and a coffee and sit with me the whole time so i wasnt alone and they tookme to get work clothes and offered to even take me to my face to face interviews. I am so thankful for all the staff and the manager they have all been a huge support and I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for the support of the caloundra etc.

So far, my time with ETC has been very nice. Everyone there is kind and welcoming, they want you to be involved as much as possible. They’re really eager to help you and won’t slack off. I’ve been able to grow a little bit of confidence as they’ve allowed me to socialise more than I initially did through the activities they give us. It also gives me more motivation, a skill I was struggling with more before. I’m happy to be with them and am looking forward to reaching more goals!

Amazing and lovely people, they are terrific at their job and I found that they helped me the most when it came to transition to work. Absolutely recommend
