Thank you eStorm for your service, it was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be using them in the future for all my personal and business needs.

Good service & fast turn around on repairs. They work well with Apple Care claims & inform the customer about technical issues without getting to geeky. Also great for spare bits n bobs, peripherals etc.

I was directed to eStorm by Apple when my Mac wouldn't download a current version of the OS. Wade and team had it fixed in 3 hours, and it's working perfectly weeks later.

Lucky we have a legit apple repair shop in the area but nicer that their staff is easy to deal with as well. Checking my device was quick and transparent and process was easy.

Wade patiently assisted me to sort out the best way forward with my phone with no pressure and extra assistance to transfer content to new phone.

Had to get my airpod pro's looked at due to an issue with sound wasn't sure if they were eligible under a issue apple has noted but went in anyway, no fuss, friendly service and they went above and beyond to get a replacement for me out of warranty even though my airpods were manufactured after the known issue date. Thanks for the awesome, local service!

Honestly if I could rate Estorm more highly I would, the staff were open, friendly and extremely helpful. It is not often in life where service far exceeds expectations. I came to Jason with a problem I had struggled with for two days, with the firm expectation that I would be losing my precious Ipad Pro for two weeks or more. Jason was able to fix my problem within the hour at a very pleasant cost.

We were referred to Toowoomba eStorm by Apple for an iPad issue. We were met at the counter by Emma, who was very welcoming and friendly. Emma fixed our problem in no time and didn't even charge for the service. Thank you so much.

2 nd time I have used this service. Needed new battery for my iphone 6 s in 2020. Then 2022 had a battery replaced in my iphone 7. Both times have been brilliant. Great service from the team. I had an Apple Time Capsule (cira 2009!) that had family photos that I wanted to retrieve. The gents explained what they were going to do and they would contact me to discuss the outcome (ie if they were not able to extract data no charge) and surprisingly 36 hours later I had my long lost photos on an external hard drive! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for Apple related issues. Thank you.

The store manager was friendly and helpful and sent my IPad to Apple for diagnosis. Unfortunately I'm still unable to use it and will be going back to the store where I bought it for a replacement.
