9Very poor customer service and bikes in poor condition i can say unroad worthy. They made me pay for puncture repair on a worn out tyre.
Wonderful service! The owner was very friendly. Along with that the electric scooter were so fun to ride on! Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in surfers.
Hired 3 scooters from here and 1 ran out of battery after 15 mins and the other one was rough and bumpy and the front wheel was squeaking loudly.
They need to update their bikes asap otherwise they'll lose alot of business
Most amazing service, even after my kids battery run out they were more than happy to find them and drop off another battery. Will definitely be back!
We rented 4 bikes for a family excursion in and around the Gold Coast. Two were fully serviceable, but my husband’s bike was not roadworthy, with no brake pads on the rear wheel and a malfunctioning shifter. My daughter’s bike’s seat was very uncomfortable and the rear brakes were continuously engaged, making the ride extremely difficult. We asked the owner if he could maybe change the seat, but he gave us a seat cover which did very little to alleviate the problem.
When we brought the problems to his attention at the end of the day, he showed very little interest or empathy to our rather terrible experience. Will never come back again.
We rented 2 escooters for 2hs. They worked perfectly and were fully charged. We managed to go to the split and back. Would recommend.
Stay away from this place! A total rip-off! Rented 2 bikes, gears broken, rusted chains, a lemon to be precise! When tried to tell this to the owner (Peter) he simply ignored and walked away. Not everyone is a tourist mate!
Worst customer experience ever, purchased a groupon voucher with terms stating no booking required and not to be used ion school holidays, tried to use it today 24-11-17 (not school holidays) only to have been rejected and abused, owner telling me he can do whatever he wants because its his business.poor poor service
