4I am one semester into my Bachelors degree. The facilities and lecturers are great, however I have had numerous and ongoing issues relating to the online systems when accessing academic support. I have submitted the required ‘help tickets’ as requested and made numerous calls and emails to chase up a simple application for an exam-reschedule. The multiple online student systems make it complicated to figure out where to submit the documentation, and when I have called up, staff often say they are unable to help because applications are only accessible within other departments. In one instance, the 10 business days lapsed (in which I was meant to receive a response), with no response, even though I called to chase up on it and submitted other ‘general’ complaints to the college. IT/ system errors have also cause previous ‘academic support’ applications to be lost. It’s been an extremely stressful semester so far just trying to seek academic and online support.
Would not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money and time.
Extremely disappointing experience. Staff were very unhelpful and rude to put it politely. Errors on my enrolment cost me over 10K in Centrelink debts without any leg to stand on due to the college's mistakes.
Such friendly and kind people. I got a massage and was amazed how they knew where my sore spots were and resolved the problems in my back and kneck. Also was amazed but how they found out so much about me just by checking my pulse. Coming back for acupuncture next week, can’t wait. Would definitely recommend coming here for all things natural.
