I worked for empire office furniture from 1996 to 2004 as there truck driver, best company around for office furniture, good prices, and they employ the best of staff, if u want office furniture, only go to empire, brilliant owners as well.

Been a customer here for quite a few years. Always great products, at a reasonable price. Not too much dearer than the 'Domestic' junk you find in the larger franchise stores, but lasts MUCH longer. Yet again they stepped up to the mark this visit when I was replacing an office chair. Daniel went the extra mile in customer support - appreciated. If his boss is reading this, he is probably worth more than you are paying him!:) Service like this will see me a customer for much longer yet.

I was looking for a specific office product at a reasonable price. Empire ticked the boxes others couldn't. Quality of product is excellent - MUCH better than the competition. Service was exceptional and personal. I'll be back!

Bought an office swivel chair after finding other stores expensive and poor quality. Empire has a huge range of office chairs, very good quality, very well priced and many of them very comfortable. There were half a dozen I could have bought. I settled on the most comfortable for sitting up straight at a keyboard. It has fewer adjustments than the top of the range chair but suits me perfectly. Get the staff to show you all the adjustments on the top of the range chair, as you'll never realize how many it has otherwise!

Great value, prompt delivery, easy online ordering, and great communication throughout. The best part though was the two technicians who put everything together for me. Very professional, tidy and efficient. The whole process was smooth and faultless from start to finish. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely use Empire again when needed.

Service was professional but friendly. Kevin was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Would highly recommend Empire and their lovely staff.

Didn’t end up purchasing from here as my circumstances changed with another order, but the staff here were super helpful and friendly. If I need anything in the future, my wife and I will definitely buying from you guys. Special mention also to Lauren in sales who went above and beyond.

Just purchased a 3 Drawer Mobile filing cabinet 1 hour ago. Opened the box at home and the large drawer is dented plus the side panel, along with all three draws are crooked.

I drove the 30 minutes after work on a Friday as I finish early and cannot get their during the week as the showroom shuts at 5pm and is not open on a Saturday.

Response from the sales staff - needs to be returned.
No they will not come and swap the drawers.
Now I have to wait another week to be able to return the faulty cabinet.
Not helpful and expected the product to be in a new condition or else I would have bought a second hand product.

Just stopped in to see about getting a spare part for a monitor stand.had one in stock that was old display, asked how much and was told it's all mine (free). You just don't get service like this anymore.if your in need of office furniture please hit these guys up.

Just left the Virginia store after a few weeks ago looking at office chairs
I was served by another person and as i was looking again i mentioned that i was attempting to get my head around a $400 plus price for anything good in the range
I recieved a reply of.oh i was going to charge you $800 when you were in last
I immediately walked out.never to return even though i had a previous sale of about $1000 that went well
Shame but i wont do business under these terms

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Had some issues with a chair I bought. Issues have all been sorted out. Nice office stuff in here - good gaming chairs for us nerds.

Great big store with lots of items to choose from. Very easy to get to and staff are very helpful.
