Very family friendly gym with professional coaches and great facilities. They’re happy to take on students of all skill levels, I felt welcomed straight away.
I've just signed my 11 year old son up for mma and jui jitsu after having a trial class in each, the coaching is excellent and there's been 3-4 coaches on deck which is fantastic. He's loving it.
Highly recommend! It's hard to find a coach like Ricky who not only ensures his athletes have the physical and technical skills, but also the mental skills to go all the way. Awesome!
