Both Swetha and Irfan are great doctors. They are compassionate, gentle and never rush you. They take time to listen and care about their patients

I met my new doctor today and she was friendly, informative and conversed with me in a respectful and relaxed manner.

Our family are very grateful for our Dr and the Emerald Lakes Practice. Dr Murthy is amazing and the whole staff are supportive and kind. Our children love going there which is a bonus!

10 out of 10 don't recommend. Called to try and get my baby in for an emergency appointment and even though every other family member has been to the clinic we were denied an appointment cause the baby hadn't been there yet. I hope this feedback gets to the doctors who I'm sure would have seen to her and are not as heartless as the receptionist.

When I was leaving the Doctor’s room I specifically asked if I needed to pay for the visit and the doctor told me “not this time”. After I had left the clinic I got quite a rude call (like a teacher getting angry at a student) from the office staff telling me that I must check out when I leave because there was a charge for the visit. I would never leave anywhere without paying intentionally so was quite upset that my integrity was questioned. The doctor was lovely and very helpful but the office staff left a bad taste in my mouth which was unfortunate. A lesson for the staff would be to always check with the doctor before you go accusing someone of leaving without paying.

Emerald Lakes Medical Clinic is very convenient for anyone living or working in Emerald Lakes Town Centre. The administrative and medical staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a medical centre, QML and pharmacy all available in this one location. This is my new home for all medical issues.

Very happy with my first visit to Emerald Lakes Medical Centre. The receptionist and doctor I saw were very professional and made everything so easy for me. Having the pharmacy next door was an added bonus.

My experience on every occasion to the surgery is always pleasant. The appointment times are very seldom more than a 10 minute wait. All the doctors and staff are always happy and professional. Eventhough I live over 25 kilometres away, I will remain a patient at Emerald Lakes medical centre. Thank you to all.

What an Absolutely Dreadful Experience!

The Larger Woman at Reception Could NOT of been LESS Helpful!

From the Onset, All I encountered Was Attitude!

I was treated as tho I was a Massive Inconvenience. Even Chided me for coming in So Close to Christmas, WTAF!?

This “Karen” Resplendent with her Karen Haircut. Showed an Absolute Lack of Caring Or Compassion.

Even had the Gumption to ask What was Wrong with me.
Now, If This Clinic is Employing The Blind. That is Very Commendable. Otherwise If She had Even Bothered to Look at me, she would have noticed A Significant Allergic Reaction, In All it’s Glory on my Face!

Instead went to “Our Medical Ashmore” on the Corner of Currumburra Road & Nerang Southport Road.
Excellent Service from Reception & the Doctor both of whom could Immediately see I Was in Need of Medical Assistance!

The waiting area is Air Conditioned, Clean, Spacious & Comfortable.

Our Medical Ashmore Bulk Bills & is Open till 10pm 7 days.

Highly Recommend Paying Our Medical Ashmore a Visit.

Dr Raghad Al-Badri is amazing, so happy to finally find an amazing GP who is so caring and doesn't rush you!

I had a fall from my bike yesterday afternoon and landed heavily onto a concrete path. Whilst nothing seemed to be broken, I felt it wise to get checked by a doctor. I tried to make an appointment online for today, but no spots were available until tomorrow. I was very keen to see a doctor as soon as possible, so I sent an email asking to be contacted if there were any appointment cancellations. Luckily I received a call this morning and was able to see Doctor Al-Badri. She was very thorough in her examination and has referred me for x-rays and an ultrasound. As always, great patient care and service from Emerald Lakes Medical Centre.

I am overall happy with this medical practice ive seen a number of the Dr's here and I have no complaints. The reception staff are helpful also and dont look or act depressed to be there as with some other medical practices which is nice.

Best Medical Practice I’ve been to. Dr. Murthy is an amazing and caring Doctor. All the staff are great. Pharmacy staff next door are always great too. So grateful that they are in my community.

The most caring and dedicated reception staff. Chasing results, doing whatever they can. The people to have looking after you when you are not well.

It was my first time seeing Dr Al-Badri who is a caring and dedicated doctor. And the receptionist’s are friendly and efficient.
