Just wanted a baby onsie embroided as a gift. Was told it would take 10 days to complete. Even after explaining that it was a gift and I could wait a couple of days they had no interest in completing it sooner. They obviously have no interest in small job!

Had a rush job recently and was told it would be 7 - 10 days, but they went above and beyond and got it to me much earlier. Thanks for the great work.

No information about closing shop 5days before Xmas. Made the trip as it said it was open. Very disappointed to walk passed owners. Had to walk after them to ask them if they worked there. Told they closed yesterday. Extremely disappointed
