Ella&Jade (Woolloongabba)

First time client at Ella & Jade, and loved my experience! I have only had my hair cut/dyed in a salon once before today & I’m so glad I convinced myself to come get a curly cut. My friend and fellow curly girl recommend E&J and I booked in for a long style cut with Rosie. Rosie was lovely and gave me heaps of curl advice & an amazinggg scalp massage. The staff were all so friendly and the wine & cheeseboard was such a nice bonus. Thank you!:)

Honestly, this was the best salon experience I’ve had globally! From the initial drink, to being offered a cheese platter or croissant. Laura was super friendly and she knew what she is doing with my colour, it came out exactly how I instructed. Tuva offered aromatherapy oils and a face mask, I felt like I was also at a spa, she also gave the best head massage! I felt like a queen the whole 3 hours I was there, the salon decor was also luxurious, I felt very spoiled, I can’t wait to go back again.:)

This place makes you feel like a million bucks! Every time I go there’s laughs and my hair (and scalp) gets the best treatment with their epic head massages, treatments, products etc.) I get a gluten free cheese platter and coffee/tea/other drinks galore! The salon itself has a great aesthetic and all the staff are super friendly. I’m a part of the blow dry club and it’s one of my fav times of the week:)

I've come to ella&jade twice and gotten my hair cut by laura, my hair has always proven difficult to cut and style but laura did a fantastic job and made sure it was perfect for me.rosie always makes sure im stocked up on drinks, snacks, and hair products. 10000% coming back

From the moment I stepped in I felt like I was in another world the interior and all the decor give the salon that special touch. My stylist's name was Steph and she was amazing I came in from a curly bouncy blow-dry and I left was awesome curls that my friends loved:)

Had a wonderful time at the Salon with Steph. Went in for a wash and blowdry. Felt at ease immediately because she spent some time understanding my hair care/goals and previous treatment. Had a great tea and warm eye mask as part of the service. Walked out with a beautiful (twisty) wavy/curly blowdry. Received heaps of compliments at dinner. Will be booking again:)

Absolutely love Ella & Jade! I have been going to Alannah for over a year and have been so satisfied each time. She has years of experience and her attention to detail is always consistent. Not to mention, love the relationship I have with Alannah and love all the staff. Customer service is something that stands out. Coudlnt recommend this place more!

Do you yourself a favour and get your hair done at Ella and Jade. The gorgeous space, the extra special head massage, the eye mask, cheese platter and the welcoming staff made it feel like a cozy trip to the spa. The consultation process was thorough and the finished product is really special xx

I had a style cut by Alyse. She was so lovely and explained why she would be using different hair masks on my hair. The whole experience was amazing. I have never felt so confident with my hair so I really appreciate Alyse for giving me the confidence I wanted for my party that I had on that night.

I highly recommend Ella &Jade if you have curly /kinky hair. You will be in very capable hands! I found staff very friendly and William is an amazing stylist. We're very lucky to have him here in Brisbane.

Best salon experience I’ve ever had! Ella & Jade is a truly inclusive salon which caters for all hair types and textures. Not only are the staff friendly and professional, the space is beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxed, almost spa-like.

Since finding this gem, my 4c Afro-textured curls have been revitalised. When I first walked in, I was dealing with postpartum hair loss and a neglected, tangled head of hair. A few months later, after a few trims and Suku treatments, my hair has never felt better! I have the confidence to wear my natural curls out. Thank you William, Alannah, Laura and team.
