What an amazing experience, from the first time I stepped foot inside the door, I was greeted with friendliness and kindness, yet very professional. The treatment was wonderful and Stephanie was so gentle and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Will recommend Ella Bache to anyone.

Booked for 3 people at the same time, showed up early only to all go in 20 mins apart. The facial starts with a weird negging on your skin and then you are asked whether you want to proceed with what you actually booked for which is just uncomfortable. Walls are super thin so you hear everything in the other rooms. Facial was fine, stock standard. For the price it's far more relaxing to go elsewhere.

Professional and thoughtful staff who went out of their way to fulfill everything I wanted. I am already planning my next visit! Rosa was lovely and Peta was amazing

The girls are amazing! So friendly and professional! They really look after me and my skin has been amazing since I've been seeing them on a regular basis. Really good products also.

Walked in and immediately felt welcomed by the staff. After a thorough process of analysing my skin and discussing my skin and what I aim to achieve, my therapists started my facial cleansing process which left my skin feeling rejuvenated and fresh.
We then went to the product counter where we discussed the products she recommended for my skin (Under no pressure). I bought a couple of products and then booked a new appointment for another session.
Overall a great experience which was refreshing as I've never gone through this experience before.

Arrived a little cranky but that soon abated with the professional service of the girls at the front counter. They organised me some water and before you know I was in a treatment room being whisked away to a place of serenity. Enjoyed the signature facial and my skin looks great today. I left feeling positive and lighthearted.

I was a walk-in appointment as it was a last minute decision to book. The service as soon as I stepped in the store was warm and friendly and the lady was super lovely!
The lady that did my eyebrows was also very lovely and I felt very comfortable from the minute I stepped in to the minute I left. The lady did a fabulous job with the wax and tint and I was very pleased. I will be back, thank you. Can always rely on a good Ella Bache for anything. Grateful

Two years ago Ella Bache re-opened in Cairns Central and I have been a loyal customer since that time. My first experience was so welcoming - the Franchisee is this stunning little Irish pocket rocket named Danielle who hails from Mackay - well the accent is hilarious cause she is laughing and talking all at the same time - one actually wonders if she is actually speaking Englishthe salon is small but compact and clean and very well operated by a well-trained team of happy women. I am taking the time to write this review as I am on holidays in Central Queensland and am having withdrawal symptons from not being able to attend my monthly facial treatment? There are a range of Ella Bache products to suit everyone’s skin type - plus an amazing range of makeup product! Can’t wait to get back to Cairns to see the friendly faces at Ella Bache Cairns Central
