Very helpfull young guys, transferred everything from a busted mobile phone to a new mobile phone, that Harvey Norma's said couldn't be done. Helped me set up the apps on the new phone as well.

Had a problem with my laptop was fixed in less than 24 hours. The customer service is 5 stars they are quick and honest. What blew me away was the after service message checking to see if everything was OK. Thank you and would recommend these guys.

Have been here on a few occasions recently for iPads and a desktop and they have always been super helpful. Quick turnaround, fairly priced and really lovely people to deal with. Very positive experience.

I recently took my husbands phone into Eleite Repairs to see if they could remove what seemed to be a virus. Ads just kept popping up, we had tried to remove apps that we thought would be the problem, but nope, it was still there.
Reece (owner) knew straight away what it was. He explained to me how the virus got there & what it does to the phone. He removed the virus pretty quickly.

I would definitely recommend using this service, the team are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have had my Samsung S10 screen replace 3 times by Elite Repairs and have always found their service amazing. They take extra care with my phone and have it all done within an hour for me. Won't take my phone to anyone else. Highly recommend.

Had 2 batteries replaced in 2 seperate phones and felt that both were not holding charge well after the replacement.

One failed completely and after consulting the owner he promised to call when he would have a replacement and also said he would call around the town to find a replacement.

Heard nothing for 2 days, no phone call to update (the second phone would not operate during this time) and called back to be told “not sure when the battery will arrive, I will call you”. When I told the owner that xyz company had a battery he just ran them down big time, very poor form in a small town

Suffice to say there was no follow up call so we had the battery replaced by the other company - when we went in to pick up the backing plastic was still on the battery that was replaced by Elite, making the battery loose in the phone.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very happy with work done, very switched on and helpful with insurance claim, we would highly recommend Elite Repairs)
