I have been attending Chantelle's classes for a while now and I often before class I will feel like poo on a stick only to literally float out of her class on cloud of bliss feeling absolutely amazing an hour later. Chantelle is a gifted teacher, healer and incredible woman who will definitely elevate so many aspects of your life. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I was fortunate to have private sessions with Chantelle several years ago after experiencing debilitating lower back pain issues, first discovering her in a beginners aerial silk class. At the time I needed a stool to even get up into the silk. Her body knowledge and expertise of how to guide me through appropriate movements with such understanding and support has allowed me to regain more range of movement and confidence in my body again. I wholeheartedly recommend her. I have moved away from the area and am continuing "home-work" using the same postures she gave me.

I have been receiving instruction from Chantelle, on and off, for 7 years now. Her instructional technique, and knowledge of body mechanics are very knowledgeable, mixed with a gentle but firm measure of what is good for us. At 77 years of age, I credit her with being partially responsible for keeping my body, flexibility & general health in excellent condition. Thank you Chantelle. You are a treasure.

I first met Chantelle over a year ago and and am so excited she has opened her own absolutely stunning studio! I happily travel nearly an hour to attend classes because they are so good! Chantelle is an all round amazing teacher (and person!). Each class is a joyful experience and Chantelle’s knowledge of the body, care for the mind and her emotional intelligence and intuition makes for a very unique experience.
