I go to this nail salon fairly often. They're reasonably priced with good service. On my most recent visit I got a french tip shellac nail polish for my hands and regular nail polish on toes. For this manicure and pedicure I paid under $100. I'm glad I paid the extra for shellac because the next week, my partner propsed on our trip to Japan and my nails still looked good for the photos! I've regularly come back and forth between this place, and when I try others, I'm sorely disappointed.
I won't go anywhere else. The ladies are lovely and try their best to accommodate everyone who enteres.

I usually will return every 4 weeks with quality regrowth for refills.

I wouldn't trust any other salon to do my nails now.
Learnt my lesson.

This nail salon is lovely, the staff are sweet, and they always do such a great job on my nails. There is a really wide range of products for different nail treatments - I really like the effects they can do with coloured acrylics, like ombres and inlays; I think Elegant have more options than other salons do. I like how bright, spacious, and clean the salon is, and with the TV on and the bubbling water sounds of the foot spas, it's got a relaxing atmosphere.

There are parking bays in the front and the rear of the building, and the front entrance is step-free.

I love visiting these team of ladies.
Admittedly I don’t have the budget to visit their salon as often as I would love. But my daughter & myself have been coming here for many years. Their tools are always preserved hygienically, and the staff never rush us through.
Most of all, they are very gentle. I often recommend to friends, and they definitely deserve

The worst manicure I've possibly got, only good thing was the massage, the rest was done really superficially, for example dead skin removing, also the nail polish afterwards just slided down from the nails, they replied really quick when I was complaining about the damaged nail polish and booked me for repairing but even the repair wasn't done properly

Unfortunately my nails don't last even a week.thought using SNS they would have a better durability.so disappointing

Very disappointed, went in for a manicure and came home with odd shaped nails and nail polish that never dried.

Went here for the first time not too long ago. They did an okay job on my nails but I only got a simple one colour design. As for the customer service, the staff were completely cold towards me and basically ignored me while I stood at the counter, then helped a regular that arrived after me.

100% the friendliest nail tech with excellent attention to detail. I came in for a full set of extensions and SNS. Even when the nails looked perfect to me she continued until she was happy with them - rare service. I'll be back for sure

Absolutely lovely staff. Amazing service, and fab nails. I refuse to go anywhere but here for my nails. Also, Kim, the tech I usually see is an absolute sweetheart.

I paid $40 for a full set of acrylic nails with normal polish and they have so far lasted me 2.5 weeks without any refills and none of them have came off

Elegant is the word! This service produces elegant nails in a friendly and helpful environment! Wheelchair access to the store is available for disabled customers!

Have used this place a number of times. Within days my shellac polish was peeling off this last time, and I was pushed through very quickly by the girl like she didn’t have time for me. Was away and had to get some nails repaired by another salon. Called in regards to this, they seemed fine and said come in, but when I actually went in was treated like a joke in front of other customers. Very poor customer service. Refused me a refund and would not fix up the nails claiming even if they did paint again I would still not be happy. How ridiculous! I have never complained before and even tip. Claimed there was no manager and then one worker tried to say she was the manager though previously told me she wasn’t. And speaking in their native tongue in front of me so I could not understand what they were saying to one another DISGUSTING SERVICE will never be back again. I would avoid this place and will not be recommending. I left very angry and embarrassed, which should not have been the case. All they had to do was correct THEIR MISTAKES! $40 down the drain and obviously no loyalty to previous customers. DISGRACEFUL! Be care when choosing this place. There are heaps of better places to go! Seriously

An absolute pleasure every visit. The ladies are lovely and the quality of service is exceptional. The place always feels clean and tidy. Highly recommended. I won't go anywhere else:)

Always do the best job. Went somewhere else because was with a friends and immediately regretted it. Wish I just stuck with here as they always do a perfect job and are so lovely
