Wicked range of gear, great to see it all in the shop. The staff were friendly and knew their stuff and helped kit the kids out with helmets that actually fit. Very happy with the electric scooter we bought for the whole family to use. The guy that served us helped to choose something that my wife was comfortable with and also safe enough for the kids to jump on as they get bigger. My young fella has his eyes on the electric balance bike they showed him.maybe santa can help with that one. Top job guys, it was a pleasure spending time instore!

The team at Urban Wheelz were more than happy to help fit our kids with scooters along with all the safety gear needed. Their professional advice allowed us to feel a lot more confident letting the kids out on the pavement. The range they have for little kids is great because our kids are tiny but are so keen to scoot and skate! Nothing in the big shops fit properly making it unsafe and I loved being able to see the product and allow the kids to try it out in store before spending the money. Very happy with our experience!

Took my scooter for a check up to find what was happening it was not charging and fix it. They made a report, told me a “MIGHT be the reason X, but we don’t buy parts by ourselves”. They didn’t give me an exact report, didn’t fix it and charged me ridiculous $130,00

You guys should let the customers know before that you’re only gonna fix a limited range of problems and, of course, the prices you’re going to charge. Feel like I ripped money

I'm currently caravanning around Australia and have a escooter that had a punctured rear tyre. These guys were so professional and had my scooters tyre fixed and ready to go same day. Excellent friendly service and value for money. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Bolzzen commando elite today. Sam was very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend them. Took it for ride and it’s awesome night and day to my old one. Very happy

Firstly I just want to say how welcoming and inspiring Sylvia was that served me, when I visited I was very new to cairns, she told me about a skate community she had created, and welcomed me to it with open arms.

I asked her all things skate and she went above and beyond to give me all the pros, cons, what to buy for my skates and even sat there and endured me trying on every pair of skates in store.

Never have I ever felt more welcomed within a store before, I genuinely believe this isn't just a job for this woman it is a passion, dream and life purpose.

We had a wonderful experience buying our scooters from Sam. He was very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and patient and I could not be more happy with our purchases. I highly recommend a visit.

From the start the customer service was great every one was very friendly helping me out with changing my tube on a scooter the lady at the front desk was very friendly and made my girlfriend and I feel very welcomed as we aren't from Cairns visiting from Sydney and Sam the technician did a beautiful job fixing the tube and was also very friendly. Everytime I get my scooter back from this store I have to tighten literally every bolt so it doesn't fall apart. My seat fell off in the first 2 days, the staff are lacking knowledge on electric motors and programing. I do not feel safe receiving anything from this store and would not trust their "technician" with sharpening a pencil. Oh yeah and you'll get quoted $300 for them to fit a $26 part DO NOT SHOP HERE

The staff are amazing I'm new to the whole scooter thing and they looked after me like I was one of they're own. They took they're Ti explaining to me how to adjust certain things as I had no clue until today. The store is beautiful and well maintained can't wait for my next visit

For me, the sign of an excellent customer service experience is someone who listens to what you want and shows you those options. At no time did I feel pressured to have to buy anything but Dave never left my side which showed he cared. If I need another scooter, I know I'll be back in a heartbeat.

I bought an E Glide G60 after asking which options were good choices for our wet tropics and this was one of the suggested scooters. I look forward to many KMs of fun.
