I ordered this a month ago but the package just said it was going to arrive today but still hasn't not satisfied with this

Terrible with their delivery despite paying for postage and terrible customer service. Been over a month now and still haven't received the book pack. Causing me alot of stress.
Better taking your time and ordering through Officeworks and saving alot of money.

Love this place, friendley service, had a great time looking at their fantsdtic products. I also found some great aides for ASD friends.

It only takes a couple of weeks for the orders to be sent and I have been buying my daughters school books through them since she started Prep.

I love visiting EDSCO and have a great deal of trouble keeping to budget! Any educator can easily spent hours and hours here.

They have so many great things. Very teacher based purchases but also those hard to find book list items that officeworks don't provide.

Exceptionally fast delivery and the staff, especially Margaret at Edsco go above and beyond to help any queries needed to be for field at the time. Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone:) Great service

Very unhappy with this company - I've had no communication at all from them, I've had to keep emailing them to find out where my goods are, they didn't bother telling me my order was on back order, or that my order when it was finally shipped, was incomplete, and when I would receive the rest of it! Very unhappy, and won't use them again.

Good store and a large variety of primary teaching resources, but not a lot of Secondary teaching resources.

Ordered in November for deliver January. No delivery and appalling customer service. Like many other parents now going to Creditcard company for refund. Using Officeworks next year. Taxes should pay for stuff like pens and books anyway.

Great quality and variety of education equipment. This is a big specialist store tucked in a busy semi industrial suburbia area.

Great experience, wide variety of resource books but mainly for primary. Would be great to see more high school material but unfortunately there is no demand for it to be well stocked.

Just spoke to a lady on the phone rude and inattentive. Easy done went to School Stuff in East Brisbane instead and they were more than helpful.

I ordered on 9 November 2017. It is now week 6 of term 1 with still no book packs in sight. What an absolutely hopeless company. I have to call to find out what's happening only to be fobbed off with a new pack of lies on each occasion. Never again will I order from you and I have provided the school with updates on this sorry state of affairs.

Excellent variety of educational books, activities and learning programs for pre kinder to year 12. Open to the public as well as teaching professionals. Loved shopping.

This Company is NOT reliable. They don't answer their phone> and they lie regarding order deliveries.

Worst service! After ordering the booklists Edsco have now said the kids won't get their books until WEEK 2 OF TERM 1!
This is just not good enough. These kids now have no books to start school and parents have to buy extras just so the kids have something to write with and books to write on.
PATHETIC!

Don't bother calling. You will be left on hold for a long time then they will hang up on you. This happened to me two days in a row when trying to call them about an order.

We still do not have our books and just got told nothing would be delivered until late February. My problem with this company is not that they had a problem, rather its their total disregard for the customer. There has been no communication, instead we have to wait on the phone for eternity and then receive rude service. We have now asked for a refund, and will get the books elsewhere. I will also be making my thoughts about this company clear to the school.
