Ed's PCs Victoria Point

This store cannot be trusted in its promises.
Ordered a new laptop, supplied the wrong one, and then promised to have it sorted by the end of that day. Failed yet again, then promised to personally deliver the next day and never showed up.
Do not pay for anything in full with this business as they also refuse to refund as I had to buy elsewhere due to its urgency which they were advised of right from the start.

Ed's PC's response is just typical of the long-winded fairy tales that he dreams up.
It's funny that I never mentioned the word "Dodgy" but he feels to suggest his business is.
It's also strange that he can claim that he personally identified he made a mistake and chose to rectify it regardless, as I probably wouldn't have never known anyway.
The fact is that I did collect what I was told to be what was ordered and returned it immediately upon opening as I could identify it as not what I ordered.
He also cannot create an excuse to discredit how I have the receipt saying that it was paid in full and the Ed's PC carry bag that the product was in when handed over.
There is always fact and then there is fiction and this business is full of fairy tale dreams. His condescending attitude of talking down to customers also is reflected in his response.
I just want my money back for a product he failed to supply which was in stock and cancelled due to incompetence.

Came in printing, great job. James took care of my printing needs, friendly with great customer service!

Took my laptop to Ed's Tuesday morning to get serviced and voice recording installed. It was ready on Wednesday all perfect with friendly advice as experienced over several years. It is a business that looks after its' customers in a way much appreciated. Thankyou again. Mike.

Whenever I need my phone fixed they always do it super quick! Prices are very reasonable and amazing service. I’ve gotten my phone fixed by them over 5 times and always do such a good job

My hmdi cables were not working so I called these guys up for some advice before bringing my computer in. They were extremely patient and helpful and we ended up fixing it! Amazing service and my go to computer shop from now on

I bought a smartwatch not long ago from Ed's PC. From the beginning had issues with the phone. But lately it completely stopped working. Took the watch to them last week and was told that moisture had got into the circuits.
After week of waiting, received a phone call today to advise me that the phone can't be fixed.
Given the alternative that if I purchased the same phone which costs $150, they will give me $50 discount?
Don't understand why should I be paying for something which was due to the product fault. Told that it does happen with some smart watches. Thought the onus was on Ed's PC to either repair or replace because its still within the year. Even though I am in a catch 22 situation I might consider paying half the price because either way Its going to cost me. I don't know what other options I have whether to take this matter further.
Totally disappointed with this and probably wouldn't recommend anyone buying such smartwatches from Ed's PC because I don't want anyone to suffer the same consequences.

Came into store a couple of times, staff are really helpful, knowledgeable. I had to get a screen protector put on my phone and they helped me without any issue. Without trying to sell me anything 10/10 would shop again, highly recommend

Recently needed to send some important documents to my employer quite urgently. As our home computer & printer/scanner were not working I had very little idea to go. My initial thought was Kmart but unfortunately I was told that was only a service from "back in the dark ages! "
Finally, at a complete loss, I stumbled into Ed's PC at Victoria Point.
I was advised they could do this for me immediately. I struck up a really pleasant conversation with all 3 of the staff members & within minutes they had scanned my documents directly to me so I could forward them on. I felt like such a dinosaur for not knowing where this technology was at, outside of my workplace but the guy's just laughed & said they were more than happy to assist. When I asked the cost they very graciously declined & said it was "on the house". Due to extensive & on going health issues, I've had a really rotten 3 years & this small act of kindness was so very much appreciated. Thanks guy's, you really made my day, my week, my month, even, over something that was fairly trivial but personally very important. If this is your regular standard of care, then you should be extremely commended & I will not hesitate to go back there in the future for "techie assistance" & great customer service!
P. S. Sorry for the delay in the review but unfortunately I have now been struck down with CoVid! Sometimes luck just isn't on your side, but on that particular day it clearly was!

Very fast service and fixed my laptop's charging issue. However, now my laptop's internal microphone isn't working.

Find another computer store to assist you and don't get caught out like we did! We were told there was a Kaspersky Internet Security 3PC for two years special and was charged $149.99 only to discover on the Kaspersky website the special price was $79.97. Of course the store tried to say the special started today which isn't true. The printer which was purchased from them cost $60 more than anywhere else. They also charge a $50 priority fee to look at your problem on the same day plus the cost to install software, so all in all, my advice to you is to find another company which have some ethics.
