Very thankful Ed’s PCs was able to help me print out a returns page, as the code I was provided was too dark to scan at the post office!

Helped get out a stripped screw and throw in an SSD for my laptop (SSD bought in by me).
Set everything up in less than 15mins and only charged me $29. Great friendly service, would highly recommend. Thanks!

Visited the guys on two occasions recently and both times they were very honest and open in regards to options. Firstly my older computer and then helping with a very easy fix on my replacement. Jordan told me to leave it with him and less than 10 minutes later had solved my dilemma. All the staff are always very helpful and have great communication skills which are very appreciated. Would always recommend them for any computer issues.

The service and helpful advice from experienced and friendly staff is second to none. After my laptop failed, they had me up and running again the next day. I recommend this business to everyone who has computer problems or just want to buy a new device or upgrade.

I went in to Eds PC's on Friday. I got 1 phone screen replacement, 2 new screen protectors and a few cable replacements. The team were very easy to deal with and had stock of all the equipment I was chasing. Could not recommend them any more highly. They are very professional, knowledge and down to earth.

I had the pleasure of visiting Eds PC today and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they have an incredible selection of computer products, but the customer service was top-notch.

As someone who enjoys building computers as a hobby, I was thrilled to find that they even had an IDE cable in stock - something that's becoming harder and harder to find these days. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I found everything I was looking for.

In addition to the excellent customer service, the store was very clean and organized. The prices were also very reasonable, and I felt like I was getting great value for my money.

Overall, I highly recommend Eds PC to anyone looking for computer products or services. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Thank you, Eds PC, for a great experience

Ed's PCs have been extremely helpful to my mother over the years and again today, sorted out a problem for her, offered full refund when the problem couldn't be fixed and then got a great deal on a new computer and then loaded her old data onto the new laptop and set it all up for her. Ed's PCs at Alexandra Hills were amazing. I have always struggled to find a laptop that I could comfortably use. Daniel was incredible and made sure the product I bought was suitable not just for what it was going to be used for, but also for my comfort levels. There was no pressure to buy if I wasn't completely happy. Won't go anywhere else again when looking for new technology.

Had my SAMSUNG tablet looked at for spyware, found it and fixed it also put on a antivirus protected on for my and was vary helpful.

The customer service provided by Ed's PC at Alex Hills has been incredible. Getting new equipment for the business has never been easier. We were supported to find exactly what would suit our needs best. There was no pressure to buy unless we were completely 100% happy with what we had found. On top of that they went the extra step and made sure everything was set up and ready to go. Once I got it home I could just unbox it and get to work straight away.
