Reception staff very welcoming and friendly. Dr Sarah was really lovely and engaging, but also clear and concise. Their time management is fantastic, they adhere to timings extremely well. Very impressed with everything.

Great service all round from check in, Dr Cass was amazing. Knows her stuff and incredibly good at picking up on things making you feel very comfortable. Friendly staff, prompt service, nice waiting room.
I have been a patient of Dr Cass for many years now.
Hubby already was seeing another dr on the coast and we mentioned a lump on hubbys neck he kept saying for 6 months that it was nothing. One appointment with Dr Cass, she removed it - it was cancerous. She had to remove more tissue from the area and did remove it all.
She has our highest admiration and respect.

A very professional service. The reception is outstanding. Everything you need as patient. Dr Glen Mulhall is my GP and has helped me often with my medical needs. Very approachable and able to convey medical advice to a level that l am able to understand.

It's taken me a while to find a GP Im confident and comfortable with but Dr Cass has very much been an 'above and beyond' doctor. I trust my care and my families care with her and thank Eclipse Medical Practice for always being pleasant, professional and efficient.

Great doctors, they were on time, have nurses there too which I’ve found most practices don’t! They are all super friendly and easy to talk to which is a must!

Medical Receptionists are lovely. Very relaxed feel inside waiting room. Great spot for children while waiting. My doctor was very friendly. Happy to continue this practice now I've moved to this area.

I wouldn't go anywhere else the health professionals there are second to none, the office staff are fantastic.

Dissapointed in the feedback from my issue of health calling it "odd" didn't feel empathy from a female doctor I thought would understand me. Questioned me like i was being interrigated. I've had years with my general dr from here since the place opened which he's hard to get into so I think I'm better off waiting then letting a new dr understand me and my health.

We booked in with this centre after having a bad experience with a different local doctor surgery and we have found the most helpful doctor now for our family and really friendly and accommodating reception 10/10

I have been going to eclipse now for 4 years. Every single doctor that I have encountered have been wonderfully approachable and genuinely helpful with offering the best medical care possible. Never have my family or I ever had a bad experience at the practice, from the friendly warm reception staff to the nurses out the back and every doctor in-between.

We were greeted by our own doctor, Robert Fancis and he took us to the area where the Covid and Flu injections are administered.
Rob explained everything to us and we were in and out of the surgery area in a short time.
As usual, the staff were very helpful and we were made to feel relaxed while there.
