ECCO Westfield Garden City

Checked out the Mt Gravatt store to find a replacement for my old Ecco shoes. Shop assistant, Casey was thorough yet efficient in assessing the appropriate shoe size for my feet, finding stock for the shoe type I was looking for and demonstrating the means of maintaining the shoes. Very good service and certainly a solid brand of shoes that I’ll continue to choose for years to come.

Came into ecco looking for some comfortable shoes for work and Ryan went above and beyond to help me with my requirements. Really thankful for his efforts

We were served by Gieran and he was super professional and easy to talk to talk to. He was super honest and helped us understand the different options available to us. He even took the time to explain how to use the shoe maintenance products (shoe polish and moisturiser) so my shoes will last as long as possible. The guy was seriously so helpful! I love my new ECCO's! They are the comfiest shoes ever and they are going to look great at my wedding! Cheers!

Purchased a pair of the hybrid derby shoes from Ecco GC a few weeks ago.could not recommend them highly enough. Such comfortable and stylish shoes. The ladies that work there have great service and are very helpful in finding the correct fit.

Exceptional service by the male sales assistant this week. He was professional, knowledgeable, and persevered until we came up with the perfect shoe for my fussy feet.

The young lady with dark brown/black hair that works here was very helpful when I was looking for new shoes for work. I really appreciate how she communicated with me and gave me professional advice on sizing as I have wide feet and often struggle to find comfortable but stylish dress shoes. Lucky to find this place. Will be back for the Ecco sandals soon after my experience at garden city.

My partner and I had a very good experience, especially with Ella. I am always on my feet and was looking for shoes that were comfortale. She was very patient and stayed open for us almost 30 minutes after closing time to enable me to look at options. Really friendly and helpful. Thank you Ella. Would highly recommend this store.

Received such lovely service from Ella at Ecco Garden City. What a delightful young lady. I was so impressed with her product knowledge and she gave me many great options to choose from, until we found my perfect fit. Will be telling all my friends about Ecco as I was so impressed by the service, and the product quality speaks for itself.

They were so rude.
I went to get a pair of shoes for an event and they told me that my feet were too fat and that I should got to another store that suits my foot size. Contrary to what she thinks I managed to get a beautiful pair of shoes in a so called normal size. So, I did not need to go to a special shop that does shoe fittings.

I bought a pair of ecco shoes online and thought the shoes were too small. I visited the Garden City store, received great advice and excellent customer service.

When I went to view the shoes at the shop, she was ready to help me.

Been wearing my ecco shoes for a few months now and I am yet to find any other shoes that meet ecco's quality! They're amazing! They're comfortable (great everyday shoes and amazing to run in). I also purchased their sockets to wear to work and I am beyond impressed to have something actually last and not rip or lose their grip. Amazing customer service and friendly staff.
