ECCO Harbour Town

Absolutely fantastic customer service and experience. We were greeted by Belinda in a very friendly and professional manner the minute we walked in. Not only did she take the time to understand what we were looking for and provide us with the appropriate ECCO items to meet our needs, she also suggested different options to make our entire shopping experience around Harbour Town as seamless and positive as possible!

We visited this store this Saturday afternoon. The two staff members in the store seemed disinterested and were preoccupied with their own conversations rather than assisting customers. No one approached us to ask if we needed any help or to offer recommendations. When we inquired about shoe prices, the response felt rather impatient. Having shopped at several other stores in Harbour Town, this was the only place where we felt unwelcome. The experience here was disappointing and lacked professionalism.

Bought two pairs today …
Could not be happier.

Excellent shoes and customer service by Sherrie, she is amazing and was so very very helpful to me. Thanks so very much for everything. I truly appreciate your help.
As to the other worker who was incompetent and didn’t pass a message on to Sherrie to call me, and spoke over me and was rude.
And made things very difficult. You are lucky you have a job.
More people like Sherrie should be hired…. She sets a great bar of what customer service and knowledge and listening skills and intelligence sets for a great employee standard ……

This last part was after I had to deal with this other staff person on the phone yesterday.

Very comfortable shies especially the new hybrid series, dress shoes to look and an extremely comfortable inside and sole. Must try.

I had the best service ever from Sherrie, who was knowledgable and patient.

So happy with my shoes.

We walked in today after seeing a SALE sign at the front
Saw a pair of shoes that I liked and asked the girl is their a sale price for these $329.
She asked are we locals

I'm so happy with my shoes! Yes they are expensive but completely worth it. Very very comfortable and last a long time. I bought two pairs of shoes for walking and have worn them often for 2+ years and they still look like new. The team were very patient with me as I tried on literally everything in the store. I also recommend the socks and have since bought extra pairs online

Danielle was very helpful and her customer service was amazing. She goes out of her way to help me in selecting pair of formal shoes.

My brother from Denmark recommended me to try a pair and I loved it straightway.
