8Clarise at DFO was lovely, personable and efficient. By contrast, at Chermside nobody even tried to serve me at all.
I went in looking for shoes and your store clerk, Eunju, was warm, friendly and welcoming straight away. She took the time to ask me what I wanted. I was looking for a shoe I can wear in the office, walk long distance in, and wear at the gym. It was a tough task but Eunju gave me really great recommendations that looked stylish and was suitable for my needs. She even took the time to measure my feet and brought out multiple sizes so we could find just the right shoe for me. She helped me find the perfect shoe!
I was so impressed by the customer service I received. I had gone to other shoe stores in the centre but was usually left to my own devices. It was so refreshing going to ECCO where I was treated with care and attention. Eunju went above and beyond. Eunju is an asset to your store.
It was my first time shopping at ECCO and I'll definitely be coming back.
Natasha gave me excellent service a couple of weeks ago. I was just browsing and she wasn't pushy.just extremely helpful.
I left the store with 2 pairs of shoes. Great service from a very pleasant and efficient sales rep. I'll certainly shop there again.
Staff here were lovely but extremely bombarding. I had to tell them 15 times i was just browsing and they still didn’t leave me alone. Staff seemed forced into continuously coming up to my husband and I and made it an uncomfortable experience.
What a great service I received, NATASHA was very helpful and down to earth, provided me with all the help I needed.

I got my wedding shoes from here (white soft 7s) and the quality is amazing (which is needed when I'm in the third trimester of my pregnancy - I wouldn't have been able to cope walking around all day without them). Wonderful and knowledgeable staff, definitely recommend coming here if you're needing new shoes, they're worth the investment.
