ECCO (Chermside)

I was looked after by Anja today who was amazing. She really took the time to listen to what my needs where. She was so confident and offered me different choices to work out what would be best for me. She gave me so much information about the shoes and was engaging and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rush or pressured into buying anything.

Located on Woolworths side of shopping mall on ground floor. Quality shows but high prices as well.
The shoes last forever for me. They are usually natural leather

Juliana and Christine were fantastic and helpful. Amazing customer service and excellent product knowledge. Really need the half size though. These ladies are an asset to your company.

I had been referred to your store by another store that didn'thave what I was after. The young gentleman who served me was impeccable with his customer service and helpful. A great experience all round. When there are so many shoe stores to choose from at Chermside you make it effortless to choose where to come back to.

Had to give Anya from Chermside a big bouquet for her service energy and advice.
We did not buy today but will be back when my wife gets her insert for her shoes.

Recently I purchased one pair of sandals in Chermside, they are so comfortable. Even though there is not much discount (compared to outlet store), still worth to buy one. Thanks for the friendly staff since I tried so many.

I recently purchased a pair of mens Soft 7s served by the friendly and helpful Victoria. After a few days my feet have adjusted to the new shoes and they are so comfortable. I will have to buy more pairs very soon. Thank you ECCO.

The shoes (ST1) are great but it took me two attempts to buy them. I gave up with the first assistant. Pushy, loud, not listening so I walked away. Returned half hour later and greeted by the trainer. She was calm, softly spoken, found me the correct size and listened to me. I did not ask how much they were until I paid for them. I just wanted quality, comfortable shoes and calm, informed and attentive service. Shoes five star, trainee 5 star, original salesperson 0 star. Ecco 1 star as you hire these people, do they get trained?

I had purchased a pair of sandals and was not happy with them when I tried them on at home. We went to the Chermside store and the Manager there was really helpful, showing me all the sandals in my size, and I ended up exchanging them for another pair which were much more comfortable. I will go back and see her when I need another pair. Thanks fir your help

Incredible customer service provided by Victoria, very knowledgeable about the shoes and brand. I was looking for durable & sustainable shoes I could get the most use out of for work. I found what I was looking for thanks to the amazing assistance I received!

Thanks to ECCO Chermside who looked after my husband and I this week. We had an issue with a pair of shoes and Victoria went above and beyond to sort it out for us. She also helped us choose some new shoes and her passion and knowledge of the product was exceptional. It would be wonderful if all shopping experiences were so easy and fun. Thanks again!

I wanted to buy a plum coloured backpack unfortunately ecco did not have the backpack in store so it had to be ordered online. At the time of ordering the backpack ecco were having a promotion where you pick a Christmas cracker out of a basket full of crackers and whatever the percentage was on the cracker that was the percentage that was taken off the price. Bag was going to end up costing $263 instead of $329 so i agreed to buy the backpack. When the bag arrived ecco raised the price of the backpack to almost full price. The store attendant blamed herself over the issue. I believe that this is not good enough. I will NEVER BUY anything else from this store and where ever I can I will be informing everyone NOT TO SHOP AT ECCO Chermside. I will also be putting my experience on reviews. The backpacks are expensive enough without trying to rip the customer off. Plenty of other shops to shop and are probably much cheaper. If I could give a zero I would. Never again will I shop at ECCO Chermside.

Today I brought a new sale pair on black boots. The lady that helped me was very friendly and was very knowledgeable! The shoes are soo comfortable and have great orthotic support! Thanks Ecco shoes!

Friendly knowledgeable staff at ECCO mean we keep coming back.
Whether your feet are broad or narrow or normal width they have something in their shoe range that fits - and looks good and feels comfortable.

Excellent service. Replaced shoes where soles were disintergrating. Exchanged for a great pair of walking boots. I'll tell everyone and I'll be back.
