Bianca did such a good job - fast and thorough and I could tell she has lots of experience. My hair is looking amazing and the curl is toned down jussssst enough to be manageable until it grows out a bit longer! I'll be booking back in with her for trims in the future and possibly another keratin in 6 months.

Thank you so much to Hailey (sorry if spelt wrong). She did an amazing job with my 2 year old boy. That was his 4th haircut at Ebony Empire, and he has screamed down the house for the first 3 haircuts. They all also did a great job dealing with a screaming toddler. I honestly thought we would have been banned by now.
Yesterday was the first time he was so well behaved, and it was definitely to do with Hailey's calm nature that got him through the short back and sides hair do. He looks great!

Unfortunately I received a very disappointing barbers cut. Without asking they did 5mm wide track in my hair, which doesn't meet the requirements for my employer and leaves me with little option but to now shave my head right before my sons graduation. Was also still charged full price.

Fantastic salon, my hairdresser Jade was thoughtful and caring, so I got the best result for me. Won’t go anywhere else now. They even make a great cup of tea.

Second time visiting ebony empire. Today I had the lovely bryony, working her magic and made me feel absolutely beautiful again. Bryony is new to the team and absolutely amazing with blonde hair. 11/10.
Bryony gave me tips to give my hair the volume look that I could never do.

What a beautiful experience at this empire every time! Nothing is too much and you are made to feel so comfortable and welcome. The massage chairs at the rinse basin are a dream and so cozy.

Normally I dislike spending most of my day at the salon but I had no complaints at Ebony Empire. The staff went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. Every staff member that I interacted with was lovely & I had a few good chats with Jade, Kaleb, & Alexandria which made the experience even more enjoyable & time flew. My hair turned out wonderful considering it’s my first lot of foils from black hair & it still feels healthy. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much again.

Was such a perfect experience as a new mum my hair before was my life and we cut that away and they where so sweet and comforting and supportive and gave me a hair cut I am so happy with thanks girls for the best experience and making me feel like a whole new woman

What an absolute joke. The clumps of glue on my lashes were disgusting, I didn't even make it home before the first lot of lashes fell off and they have progressed to fall off with only a couple left on my lashes despite following the instructions. It's not the first time I've had lashes on but will be the last from your establishment

From the moment I’ve first walked into Ebony Empire I’ve felt welcomed and comfortable. I’ve had a few appts now and have walked out extremely happy and feeling fantastic every time.

I had one of the best experiences when I visited on Saturday, not only the fab staff, the amazing massage, the cut, the professional skill in both the colouring and the style cut, but the yum drink and brownie well that too exceeded expectations! Great job can't wait to come back.and yes I'll be sure to tell family and friends to come for a service!

Ebony Empire is a one-stop shop!
They have everything you need, from beauty to hair to barbering! That was essential for busy mums like me. The staff is courteous, professional, and friendly. The coffee is a must-have, and the brownies are to die for! My kids love getting pampered here because they have princess packages that spoil my little princesses with a bonus drink of choice and treats!

Service which is always above and beyond. I had a clash with times on Saturday but Cheyanne and Alex worked so hard to ensure that my hair was done quickly so I could still be on time to my lunch.
Great service is always provided by Jennica and every other member of the Ebony team too. Keep up the great work!
