My wife and I have been attending here for over 10 years. Nothing but praise for the care given here. Also the friendly caring staff.

Where do I begin. I initially started going in 2016 but then unfortunately moved further away and went to another gp. The minute I moved back into the area I went back and started seeing Dr Barlett again. He is one of the most kind doctors I’ve ever dealt with whether it be for myself or my two children. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for looking after my family as if they were your own.

From entering the reception to Dr Bartlet the care and professionalism is outstanding, the eye for detail with my issues are 10 out of 10 totally recommended.

Whilst visiting the Gold Coast I had to bring my toddler in for a vax and check up. Amazing service. The bubble machine was definitely a hit! Very caring nurse and doctor.

This is a wonderful practice. The staff are amazing. Dr Kilpatrick is the best GP I have ever been too. He is so caring and very knowledgeable. I am so glad to have found this Medical Centre and Dr Kilpatrick

This medical centre is fantastic! The staff are really friendly, helpful, know their stuff and efficient. The care I have received from the doctor has been so thorough! She also made me feel really comfortable and took the time to explain things in detail. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you for making my experience stress free:)

Wouldn't recommend- especially certain doctors as they are rude, unclear in their communication and unhelpful. Practice manager not much better

If you’re looking for a doctor that will turn your two year old away because she has a slight cough then this is the place for you. No phone advice no car consult and cancelled the appointment. Unbelievable.

I have been going here for years now and the original doctor I saw, literally saved my life. He has outstanding professionalism, compassion and went above and behind for me and my mental health. Unfortunately this doctor has now moved, but the three alternative doctors I have dealt with since, have been nothing but the best. Best GP’s on the coast!

Disgusting service today from a doctor at this centre! Was told their high doctor turnover was my problem not his and because my medical condition doesn't fit into his little doctor box of understanding he refused to listen or help me! Appalling behaviour from a so called professional who could of at least provided some alternatives or options when I asked! You should be ashamed.

Went to their front desk to book an appointment, one of the girls booked me in for 2 hours later. I had ear infection and explained for her i am fully vaccinated and have pain in my ear and always i get this ear infection. The receptionist asked the other one about the protocol of ear infection! The second one without looking on the computer or have enough info she said we are fully booked. And when her colleague told her i booked her for two hours later, the respond was Ooohhh. Then offered me a phone visit for ear infection. Very funny, how the doctor could check my ear through the phone. Do we normally go to doctors for socialising or go there when we are in pain and in trouble? Of course they should visit a patient or guide her for a proper solution when the patient is in pain, not just lie about they are fully booked or wait for a phone call. Poor service. Last visit to their practice.

So a txt at 7am.be on time! Turned up 10 minutes early only to be ' forgotten' for an hour. Staff as arrogent as ever. Incredible that a mere gp thinks their time is more valuable than someone else. Really not worth the visit and wasted time. Wake up people treat people how you would like to be treated. It's not hard. Pathetic clinic. Very disappointing

I have had issues in the past but the staff there have gotten the situation sorted swiftly with a positive result.

Dr Comben & Dr Kilpatrick are both fantastic. Non-judgemental, friendly and extremely thorough. Don’t mind paying to see them.
