Called up. Told them what I was coming for. Didn't tell me there was a commercial charge. So left.

Rebooked and they told me to come in at 3pm. Then was told they can't do it.

Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. First of the receptionist needs to learn to dress the part. Did not have any professionalism in how to talk just rude. Then onto the doctor Dr Lyons to be exact. His wait time was 2 hours. Specific time to go and see him was 3: 30pm and he didn’t see us until 5: 30pm. No apology. Honestly if you want to find a good doctor this is not a place to go. Do not waste your time or money.

Just to add the place was smelly and disgusting.

All Drs are kind and caring for the health of patients. Always pleasant and reliable in addressing the problem

This place is normally good but lately the reception seems to lack reliability in getting to the centre and answering their phones on time for opening time! Says they are meant to open at 8: 30am and I’m still waiting for them to switch their phones on. It’s not hard people! Don’t open at 8: 30am if you can’t be there at 8: 30am ready to see/speak to patients. Just ridiculous.

Have always found Dr Bashir very caring and thorough. Even when I had covid the doctors rang me daily to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything.
I have been going here for many years now and wouldn't consider going to anywhere else as I have found many doctors do not have that old fashion care factor. I never feel like just a 'number' and Dr Bashir takes the time to be thorough. I am always conscious that if I have to wait a bit longer for my appointment, it is because he is being attentive to the patient in front of me.
Thank you Dr Bashir for being so caring to myself, my husband and also my elderly father, it is very much appreciated.

Because I have not been here for over two years i was told I had to pay to see a doctor and found out from Medicare group that they could not do that because I'm covered by Medicare

I once wrote an unfavourable review about this medical center, I take those words back and eat humble pie. After shocking experiences at 3 different medical centers with uncaring doctors, who told me i have too much wrong and to go somewhere else, plus got angry because consultation went beyond 10 minutes. All I can say is thank God I'm back in the hands of Eagleby Medical Center, it may not be the poshest place, but the doctors here are a cut above the rest.
If you have to wait longer, it's because the doctors here are doing a thorough job and not pushing patients out on the 10 minute mark. Well done doctors and staff you deserve big respect.

Don’t bother phoning you’ll get a disrespectful tone of voice from a female who answers the phone.

Waited close to hour to get a form of birth control out which was confirmed on the phone TWICE that they could (I was there early so fault) walked in to get it done and they said they COULD NOT DO IT. No one’s fault however admin need to be educated on what birth control procedures they offer so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

*they don’t do IUD’s*

I have worked in the medical field for almost 40 years.and never.and I mean never have I ever been spoken to as rudely as what I had been by that female on the reception desk.
Seriously I think that she should consider going on a long holiday and have an attitude adjustment!

This surgery needs new reception staff. It saddens me to see such brilliant drs but the face of this surgery is disgusting and ruins the look of the professional above and beyond service you receive via the drs. Eagleby this is not the face of the business you deserve nor want

Wait time is ridiculous you book a appointment but still wait 45 mins after your appointment time to be seen but yet other people who just walk in go in to see the same dr within 5 mins

I went to see one of the doctors yesterday, I was so sick that I did not catch his name. So professional and also the nurse was extremely helpful. I will recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. Blanca

I have been going to this medical clinic for a very, very long time. The lady dr Edina is a caring loving and very gentle dr. One who is devoted to there patients on a individual level.
If there’s a female dr your looking for then, I highly recommend her she is what a dr should be.

Usually really good service etc but today is really frustrating as I’ve tried for an hour and a half (8: 30-10am on Friday) to contact them and I keep getting the out of business hours answering machine.

All the Doctors at Eagleby Medical deserve praise. They are dealing in a challenging environment. If l need extra time with the Doctor l just book a double appointment. The staff at the reception have always made me feel welcome. The female Doctor is Dr Edinda Hadunic l think that is the way it is spelt. She is called by her first name. The surgery gets busy at times. This is to be expected.

Desk managers can not handle mental health and will reject anyone expressing concern no empathy.

Bulk Bill, Quick and easy. Dr. Edina is very lovely, caring understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her.

Amazing doctors and staff. Doctors are caring and listen. Reception staff are professional and helpful. Nurses are gentle and kind. Pathology onsite which is fantastic so I don't need to travel for blood tests.
They all do a fantastic job under the pressure they have given patient numbers to doctors.

Great medical centre. The doctors are all so helpful! Its nice to be able to see a lady doctor if your a female. Very convenient having Medlab pathology inside the medical centre.
