My wifi card didn’t work and this store fixed it in less than 3 minutes. They didn’t charge me either while other places want to charge me 300 bucks for it. As a broke student I will forever be grateful that this store exists

Amazing service, literally saved an entire digital life.

Phone in washing machine. Just the screen didn't work, but phone was on, notifications, sending updates to iWatch.

Apple wouldn't repair screen because it was too old, they'd just replace ($890). A data recovery service quoted quoted us $675 with no guarantee that the data we needed would be backed up, and we'd need another phone to restore the backup to.

The guy at E&E just opened it up, had a look, got a spare screen (for a 4 year old model!), plugged it, and checked it worked, right in front of us! 30min later phone is assembled. $139 for the screen.

Don't get me wrong, if the phone had been truly wrecked we wouldn't have had much hope. But these guys just tried! Saved a digital life!

Long version:

My phone died over night wouldn’t turn on no response to power or anything took it to apple and the tech genius did some basic troubleshooting and told me I would have to replace my device. Sadly I had some images that are very important to me that didn’t have a chance to backup. The apple tech didn’t seem very confident and was very pushy to just replace the phone and lose the data.

I took the phone to e and e and within 10 seconds it was back and working.

Cannot recommend high enough!

I recommend this place to my friends after i experienced myself that they are so trusted. My old Samsung S8 has problem on the screen. The screen always flashing and end up dark. I went there to replace the screen. They told me that the price is $300 but instead of agreeing to change the screen, they suggest me to buy a new phone because even though the screen is replaced, my phone will completely died anyway.
I still use my phone after that, but after a month, it was suddenly off. Completely.

They could just replace my screen and take benefit of it, but they choose not to.

These guys do the impossible. They managed to recover the contents of my Poco F2 Pro even when every other store I went to prior said it was unfixable. Ontop of that, their customer service and price is unbeatable in the local area. I owe E & E big time for their amazing services.

Went to 10 stores trying to find somewhere to get my A52 fixed.

No one had the parts except this guy and one store in the mall opposite that quoted $329.

E and E did it at $195,30 mins later I've got a working phone and a big smile

I called them, they answered the phone first time. I enquired about my Sony XM4 headphones repaired as they stopped charging and were out of warranty. They quoted over the phone and had them fixed two days later.the staff are very knowledgeable, skilled with really fair pricing. We will definitely recommend to our friends.

Replace my iphone 6S plus’s screen after badly water damaged 3 months, very happy with the service and price.

I came in yesterday asking about repairing my Galaxy Tab A tablet screen - the guy on the front desk was refreshingly helpful and we came to the conclusion that it wouldn't be worth it as it was quite old already.

Most places would've just replaced the screen and cashed the money, rather than give me some actual advice - so I'm happy with this company and their honesty.

I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs honest repair services.

Fantastic service from these guys. I tried a few other repairers for my charge port problem and was told either it can't be done, it will be expensive, or you'll have to wait as parts will need to be ordered. These guys repaired my phone the same afternoon that I rang them, and ended up charging me less than the quoted price. I'm a customer for life!
