Decent selection of books. Customer service was poor. The young lady who served me was great but the supervisor needs to change her attitude very rude and poor service manner

They ordered Book, phoned when it arrived and held.till I could collect. Nothing is too much trouble.

I mean I love that there's still bookstores around but if I can get the same book from bigw, Amazon, Booktopia or other physical book stores for $14 instead of $49 I don't understand why you'd be so adamant on not price matching them? I know Amazon and Booktopia aren't physical but bigw and other competitors had the same book!

I absolutely adore this shop. The staff are so sweet and they have such a wide variety of books. I find myself going in after school to browse the books and enjoying the atmosphere

Have been here many times over the years. Made many a purchase for myself, the kids or as gifts etc and have never once had a bad experience. Staff have always been lovely and gone above and beyond to assist

Couldn't determine what order the books were sorted, gave up looking for a particular author and left.

Staff took care of my daughter's needs and got her the book she wanted. The packaging was torn but the book itself was fine so she was happy.
The store itself felt a little outdated and cluttered but if you're interested in books then pop in and check out their range.

I love walking around the Dymocks store at Northlakes. Great atmosphere. The staff are very professional and are always ready to answer any questions we the public may have. I always buy my books at Dymocks.

Helpful staff the book I was searching for was dearer than expected even though they did not have it in stock they are ordering it in for me which is more than the other stores I went to were willing to do

Book stores are getting harder to find! This is a fairly large sized shop and has a good range of books with friendly staff.

Good location at Westfield North lakes. Great range with lots of great new release books at good prices. Helpful, friendly staff. Would recommend a visit

I went to Dymocks before Augest and asked about a street directory told it would be in Augest and when I went to get it was I stuck. I was please with the staff friendly and helpful.

Good service and were able to order me in a book very quickly that I have been chasing for a while.

Bought a manga from here, friendly staff! Nice environment, very calm and cosy, great lighting, just what's needed for searching for the right book! Not the biggest store there is tho sadly: (

Agree with other reviews that the store is not the biggest. Wish I had read them prior to visiting as the stock was very limited. Very friendly staff and tried to help me with my enquires, but unfortunately weren’t stocking anything I was searching for.

Not the biggest Dymock store, but OK for the latest bestsellers. It suffers from the familiar problem that bookstores have over here, that of eye-watering prices.
