5Manager is awful. No wonder the customer service is lacking when she treats them so terribly
I went in today and got one of the new bubble tea reed diffusers as well as a cleaning kit for my mood mist diffuser, very satisfied with both. Lady that served me gave me some good tips about cleaning my diffuser. Staff are always very helpful and welcoming when I come into dusk. Very sneaky with the upselling, I always come out with more than I plan to, good on you girls! Dusk rewards offers awesome discounts for customers, it is worth signing up for. The sales are always very reasonable and I love the themes they come out with during holiday seasons and normal seasons! <3
Pathetic customer service, staff sits on the bench behind the counter while on their phones, not paying attention to customers and when mentioned to the manager is rude and will call you names for it. Worst dusk I have ever walked into.
Generally Dusk staff is really friendly and very helpful but I had a bad experience with a staff (I know the name but dont wanna shame), She kept making me feel low because I was looking for something less expensive, and even been told that "I should go to kmart instead of dusk". While I was making decision, I saw that she was making faces. I know you cannot smile all the time but if atleast let me take 10 mins to decide on what I want instead of rushing it and the store was empty anyway.
