Super disappointing return service today after my wife returned to for a re-fill on the so called lifetime lighter. I purchased this among other items at Christmas last December for my wife so very disappointing that because I did not sign up for a membership a lighter could not be replaced / doesn't work properly / never has. I did not keep a receipt and was not invited to sign up so find this very unfair and a terrible way to treat a customer. My wife was Sent away from the shop with no offer to sign up, replace the item or even offer a discount to offer some Goodwill towards replacing.

Didn’t need a gift set anymore and returned the item. Lady treated me like I was nothing, could tell she’s only nice when taking my money pfft

I normally love dusk and buy candles from there often, but yesterday I went into the store and was served by jasmine, I purchased some products on sale, and they also advertised 50% off second product for all sake items, my purchase should have come to around 15.00, when she told me 29.95, I asked if it was 50% off second item, I was told yes, so I told her I don’t think that is the right amount, she then told me a different amount that was still wrong, at no stage did she read out how she had charged me, after waiting for 20 minutes I asked for a refund and left, there was also another staff member on who did not bother to see if she could assist, very disappointed. When I looked at my refund receipt when I got home I was not charged correctly for 1 single item I was purchasing.

I love the shop but yesterday i was very disappointed i just want some help to lefting up some stuff cause i dont want to break anything but the lady pointed out and said whatever is on display its all their is then she walk away, but i dont know what scented the candle is.

If you like home fragrances this is the place to go. Good range items suitable for gifts or just to self indulge.

The first time I came across thus store I wanted to grab something for my wife's Birthday and was served by a lady who's name started with something like Ai, (maybe Aisla or Ainsley) not entirely sure. She was very polite but couldn't quite communicate with me properly and I felt a bit off in our conversation, i ended uo leaving as soon, as I could with just one gift.
I returned back to this store again just recently for more oils and such as refills for my wife's original gift. This time i was kindly greeted
by Angie, she put a smile on my face instantly. I let her know what I needed and she didn't muck around, asked what they where for, what I had and didn't have and long story short I walked out with atleast 4 more things then I should have.

Went in 2 check out the Halloween stuff and we were greeted by angie. Firstly angie you are killing it we 100% bought more stuff because of you. Felt like we were talking 2 a friend not just somebody pushing products on us. We will be back for sure 20/10 service

Visited several days ago and Angie served us, they did not have the product l was after, but Angie went far and beyond customer service. She finally got her husband to collect from another store and we purchased the product yesterday. Very professional and extremely helpful. A wonderful retail experience. Wendy

I bought essential oils and was happy with purchase until i opened the box and noticed the bottles were only half full. It stated in very small print on the bottle there was 10 mls of liquid in a 15 ml bottle. Very deceptive behavior. Totally disgusted and disappointed to be treated with such disrespect. I think it is wrong and certainly dont appreciate being conned. Shame on you DUSK!
