I went in to exchange a faulty diffuser, Katrina helped us out! She exchanged my diffuser for a new one and let me keep the original cover of my old diffuser, this made me so happy because I got to keep the design I originally liked! She really gave us excellent customer service, and answered all our questions and went to great lengths to help us!
