Dulux Trade Centre Mt Gravatt

I’m not a painter but I went there to get a premium product. Donna who was the lady that served me could not have been more helpful! Anything I needed to know she had the answer and she gave me all the right advice including paints, brushes and rollers. It was a seamless experience with me getting in and out in super fast so I could get home and start painting. Have gone back and will go back again.

General staff were friendly and helpfull at point of sale. That’s where it ends though, I’m a painter by trade and have many years experience with Dulux products in the early days. But as a small business their warranty is only useful for toilet paper, not even good toilet paper. If you back your product and charge a premium you should stand by it. Overall some very good products what I have had issues with is when things dont go well and things fail instead of helping they are very quick to look for excuses as to why it’s everyone else’s fault but their own. I guess that’s why their last 5 or so reviews are 1 star with an average of 3.6 out from only 15 reviews. I’m a small business with 5 out 5 because I do the right thing. Won’t ever use there product again and will give my honest opinion to those I am quoting for. Life time warranty? Read the full print. Other paint suppliers and good tradies back their products and services. If something fails which does happens fix it. Boo Dulux

Definitely no rush to serve people here. As a trade, we like to get in and out with our purchases quickly. If you need quick service, don't come here

I've been there a few times i don't know what it is but the place feels distant, not friendly. Everything is clustered around a center where people stare across at each other.
Counters are hard to define. The only good thing about this store is how it shouldn't be done.

I am a painter and have been in this business for more than 12 years. This branch of Dulux Paints is close to my house and I have been buying paints from here for a while. There used to be a staff called John who was very professional, helpful and friendly. Yesterday morning, when I went here I was faced a new guy who was disappointing. He was very rude, unprofessional and racist. Instead of answering my questions, he was shaking head on me and humiliated me. While I am following up this case in court I wanted to let others know about this branch and how they behave few years’ customer. I will never go back there and would definitely not recommend them.

Very disappointed - your website said that your store was open this morning but on driving to the store it is closed. It was a wasted trip.
