Trade centre?

NO product knowledge, none.
What do they even do here?
Besides gossip about other staff members and talk about customers in a derogatory and embarrassing (for them) way when they THINK everyone has left the store.

Why would the 2 managers talk about the "hotness" of customers?
Those 2 treat that place like a playground. Belinda and Charlotte - I think.
I work on work sites and the boys there have more respect! Foul!

The manager Charlotte is just flustered, rude and can't keep control of the floor. Took 20 mins to get served and there were 4 staff on with no other customers. The younger guy was really helpful in getting staff to serve - but he had to ask.
Manager she would help over the phone and completely blanked and ignored me whilst in store.
The other just stood there with a filthy look and not even a smile.

This store went downhill when Jazz left, we miss Jazz! Do yourselves a favour Dulux and bring Jazz back!

We won't be back thanks to those 2 "managers".

Staff keep changing lately, same as the stock, unprofessional, not helpful or knowledgeable. Store is only focused on maximum profit (spraying) but not useful for the skilled painter.
As if that wasn't enough, parking is also a pain.

This place is the go-to for paint, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The manager here oozes personality. Feels like a family run store

The guys at Dulux Trade Centre Buranda are awesome! They went above and beyond for me, it seems no job is too big or small. I will def be a return customer! Thanks guys!

I heard so many times they don’t have stock all the time. It’s quite big difference from competitors and other Dulux branches.

Customer service was quick and easy. They happily offered assistance wherever they could.
Nice and friendly vibe.

No doubts i will definitely come by this store again, as the location suits a lot of my current jobs.

Another great Dulux shop. Good range of accessories and helpful staff. Although parking can be a problem sometimes.

Went in to buy a paint tray. It took 20 minutes to be served. Around 6 staff members and 1 person serving

Great store, huge variety, friendly staff. Parking seems like an issue as they share their carpark with a mechanic and the streets around the shop are full of cars too. Had plenty of customers while I was there so they must be doing a good job.

They are polite knowledgeable and will to help, they did not have what I wanted but that was more to do with it's specialised nature. Cheers Paul

Car park is a bit tight but the guys in store are great. Always happy to see you and very helpful.

Wayne was unbelievable helpful today. Sold me everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Passed on some really helpful advice for the job as well. Will definitely be returning for future paint needs. Great pricing as well.

Great helpful staff, can get a little busy with trade if mixing paint, so phone ahead if you can.

Friendly staff theres an old bloke who looks like he he knows everything about painting and a young bloke. Prices on most accessories, plenty of parking not a hard street to get to. Big sandpaper stand. You get served real Quick.

Ian, Jazzy and staff there are always helpful and would urge others to shop from here if they are wanting customer sanctification. Very knowledgeable about the products and have never had an issue coming to this store.

The Dulux guys were great. They we're extremely knowledgeable on all their products and offered some great advice on a few issues I had with my current project. Even helped carry all the paint to the truck. Thanks to them my wall looks perfect and my problems are now solved. This is real local customer service, can't beat it.

With so many paint products out there, it can be daunting even for those who have renovated before. I was taken care of today by Jazz who was one of the most knowledgeable and friendly guys in the industry. Thanks for taking the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the products I purchased today Jazz. Exemplary customer service and a real brand champion for Dulux. Very happy!
