When returning to the store early in one morning, it was a bustle of tradies, and I was again highly impressed with the service team. Not only were they acknowledging customers by name, but they also moved through all customers seamlessly.

I think it’s odd how a company can afford to give away thousands of dollars worth of paint away as the manager can easily wright it off, and dulux won’t care as they pay these people as managers to run there show just go to bundamba Qld trade centre, I’m sure the manager will look after you.
Stood in the empty shop for 10 minutes while the two staff chatted to a guy at the counter. He left so then I waited another five minutes then left without being acknowledged. Went next door to Bunnings and was served immediately.
After a pointless, unhelpful, discouraging and frustrating visit to Bunnings this morning I wandered across the road to this business. The attention, professionalism and assistance from the staff was a sheer relief. Costings were more than comparable to Bunnings, due to the fact that I was told by Bunnings that there were NO options available. My house and floors will be covered in paint/stain from this store. All eco friendly too. THANK YOU!

On top of there game they have put on more staff to cut the waiting time down.longest I've had to wait is 15min.an that's nothing well done guys the staff are so professional an friendly who go out of there way to help no matter how hard the task.keep up the good work guys it's always a pleasant experience when I drop around.
