Dulux Trade Centre Browns Plans

Dulux Browns Plains is not a trade centre to pass by. We have been there on multiple occasions and recently they helped us out of a pickle with roof membrane, service was and is amazing. Kudos to Geoff for hanging back to help me out. This is testament to Steven and his team’s ongoing great service.

The store manager's attitude is deplorable he submitted many times on my presence rude comments against the LGBT community, this is unacceptable.

My first interaction with one of the gentlemen who works there was quite negative but Sarah was an absolute angel to deal with. Answered all my queries without judgement and didn’t pressure me into purchasing things I didn’t actually need. Assisted me with taking my large tubs of paint to the car and wished me luck with our renovations.

The elderly man working at this shop is so nice and has great sense of humour. May you long live sir

I was looked after very well when I went to buy paint for a job. Spent close to $4k on premium paint and they were very helpful.

When my painter counted the drums the next day after I dropped them off on site, there was one drum short. I called them up to inform them as I had to buy more paint and also pick the receipt I had left behind but sadly they said they could not do anything about it. I would have thought they would at least look into the matter but sadly that wasn't the case.

Will get the rest of the paint from another centre now. Ruined my experience there.

I recommend Dulux paints and these guys are really helpful and friendly I strongly recommend this store

The customer service here is amazing! I especially want to send a shout out to "Alan" who I found to be helpful, knowledgeable & extremely engaging whilst patiently assisting me with all of my product queries. He's an absolute asset to your brand!

I highly recommend Dulux Browns Plains and especially Nick for being so helpful and providing us with such an outstanding service.

Nick has been nothing but professional, courteous and timely throughout the process and up until delivery of the product/service onsite.

Working for a Construction Service Company, we've dealt with many different retail supplier companies over the years and this has been the easiest and best experience for us to date.

The gents know exactly what their talking about! I walked in being a novice at painting and asked about 2 colours i had no samples of but was advised would suit my interior of my home and they new exactly what i was talking about. Thanku so much for such an easy experience and breeze thru the purchase.

Who ever I got on the phone was quick to tell me about his 30 years experience, yet sill can’t talk to handle a phone call with out being a unhelpful rude prk

Car park can be crowded. Entrance is next to roundabout so some care is needed that other motorists understand where you are going. Very Helpful staff.
