Drummond Golf Virginia

Drummond Golf has been my favorite store for many years, Wayne and his staff are there to advise on what is right for me. Pricing is always competitive. Highly recommend.

Today I have had another fantastic experience with Anthony helping me with an order coming in and also getting my clubs re gripped without much notice, not only did Anthony re grip my clubs he helped my son on the simulator while we waited, the crew at Virginia Drummond Golf have always gone above n beyond to help my family to be better at our golf. Got fitted for clubs by Lane a couple of weeks ago. Was really surprised with the variety of stock being left-handed and the service was awesome. He even provided me with a few tips to improve my game and swing.

What an Awesome golf shop just tucked away there but huge inside with 4-5 golf driving screens that you can higher out The Husband and Wife team and staff where very friendly and welcoming I fully recommend it Much better then the other one Check it out

Much appreciated coaching from Anthony has improved my swing immensely. I am a 75 yr old golfer whose swing had developed to produce erratic shots mostly because of of a poor set up. Anthony’s instruction has given me a renewed confidence in my swing because I now know I am setting up to produce a more consistent swing and a straighter ball flight.
Thanks Anthony for your insights and ability to explain the set up and postural changes without radical change.

Had a full fitting with Anton on Saturday, was an awesome experience. The one Instant improvement in all my clubs was significant, he allowed me to try as many clubs as I liked and I ended up being there for over 3 hours. He even went to the effort of cutting and gripping the shafts on the day so I was able to walk out with a full custom fit. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a fitting.

My opinion of this company has changed now and seeing as I can't delete my review, I will change it to this new statement instead.
Previously, every time I walked in, the staff there would say hello and ask if I needed help and for the last 10+ times I have visited (including today), not once has a staff member approached me. Sure, some of the days it has been busy (and I could approach them) but other days, I have literally been the only person in the store at the time.
I don't want to put anything negative on here but I can't seem to be able to delete the post.

Went in for a new set of clubs and Caleb put me onto the right ones in my price range.
Anthony then went above and beyond to have them lengthened by COB for me to use the next day.

10/10 would recommend

Good variety but very very poor service
We got to the the empty store and found our item while we approach the counter Lane proceed with a phone call ray was not yet been answered and while we are right in front of hun waiting for his atreve say into the receiver “I’m happy to hold? Really while you have customers waiting in front of you! Obviously he can’t do 2 things at once so he wanted us to wait for him to finished an administrative phone call because we could here it wasn’t a client, he proceeded to argue with me like I didn’t hear him talk to another store

Went in here the other day looking for a new set of golf irons and got served by Wayne. The service I received was nothing short of amazing Wayne was incredibly knowledgeable was extremely patient and made sure I left the shop with the right set of irons. Thanks Wayne will not shop anywhere else from now on keep up the good work mate. Ps I’m hitting the cobras like a champ:)

Went in on Saturday afternoon. Spent 10 minutes quietly looking at new irons. Not a single staff member even approached me to see if I needed help. Figured it was busy (and I am new to this so needed the help) so came in again this morning to give them the benefit of the doubt. Same story, one staff guy was busy looking at the shoe wall, and it seems no one else wanted to even bother offering assistance. I am not going to drop $1500 on new clubs at a store that don't have the courtesy to acknowledge potential customers. It's a nice store, good range, but would only suggest going if you don't really need help. Golf world may not have the stock, but the staff in both their virginia and Newmarket stores have bent over backwards to talk to me and help me out, even if it hasn't meant cash upfront. Will definitely be buying my new set from golf world.

Fantastic experience with the team. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff who certainly went the extra mile to find the right set of clubs. Definitely will be a regular.

Poor service. Walked in and was greeted by an older fella. I told him I had a base level Brosnan Driver and willing to spend around $600+ on a new driver. He gave me his card and told me he was a PGA Pro showed me 2 drivers then told me to come back another time and to bring my old driver so we can go onto to simulator which he said I had to book even though it was empty. Then he said have a nice day and left. Even my mate who I was with said it was pretty poor. Went to Golf World staff were amazing bought the Mizuno Driver after jumpin on the simulator and a Mizuno Golf Bag valued $1000+.

If you want professional detailed service see the team at Virginia. Special mention to Tony. Honest feedback and took the time to understand my needs and rectified my problems. Tony made this a pleasuarable experience. Thanks Scott

Arrived at the shop and was welcomed with smiles the service was good and would recommend shopping their
