If you need ANYTHING golf related, make sure you go see these guys. I am astounded at the level of service and knowledge that they provide from the smallest purchase, right up to a full set of clubs.

Couldn't recommend these guys higher.

What can I say Jason is an absolute legend, hands down the best customer service I have ever received.
He even stayed back after the shop had closed just so I could buy some shoes. My local store is usually Burleigh but I’ll be coming up to bigger waters now just to deal with Jason.

Excellent service today from Jason at Biggera Waters. Had a driver shaft which broke off and was covered under warranty. Jason went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't missing out on time on the course

Never in my life had I experienced such fantastic and caring customer service until I met Jason from Drummond golf. I purchased a driver in the morning and took it to the range and cracked it after 4 balls. I know… I need practice. However I went back in to see Jason again to get it swapped out and without going into details jason went well and truly above and beyond for me. He was so kind and considerate. If Jason isn’t already the boss he needs to be. I’ll be one hundred percent taking him in a carton of beers on my next visit. Thanks jase you’ve made my year so far. Legend!

He went above and beyond yesterday. He was extremely customer focused and very professional. He had an excellent knowledge of the products DG sells and was able to advise me accordingly.

He helped me with a problem that I had no luck with over 2 years.

Incredible service from the team! I was fitted for clubs by Jason. His service and knowledge was second to none. He went out of his way to make it an enjoyable experience. I was not forced into paying more than my budget like other retailers I’ve been too. He even took the time to help me with a few bits and pieces todo with my swing. I really forgot what good service was. This place and staff did not disappoint! Will be my number one shop to visit from this point on!

Excellent shop, staff are incredibly friendly with great knowledge and dont try to upsell everything, only sell what you need or ask for. They make you feel very comfortable whilst there. Great prices, will continue to shop here.

Dropped into Drummond Biggera Waters today to get a putter adjusted (and also pickup a few things). First time to this store, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Peter and the team were fantastic! Best cutomer service ive ever had. Will be back!

Great store. First Jason over the phone then Peter in store. I get around like an absolute dero on the weekends and Peter ignored my paint stained clothes (doing renos on my house) and fitted me into a set of P790's.

I went into 2 different golf stores on the coast that morning and they all ignored me as I looked like a bum.

Absolute star, he chased me out to my car to ensure that I got the right fit and even refitted me to double check.

I highly recommend this store if you need a new set of sticks or just about anything golf related.

Great staff, the team are very helpful everytime. Walked in and the team was able to assist me in getting my grips redone, was in and out in half hour.

I have a mixed review on this place guy on Friday afternoon was only interested in the cricket.
But the young new guy and another gentleman on Saturday morning were superhelpful and sold me a set of clubs.

I was in the store for 45 mins, not one person asked if I needed help with anything. Looked at every club twice. Little did they know I was willing to spend 5k on a whole new set of clubs, bag and buggy, off to golf box I go

I am not a regular Golfist, but the team at Drummond Golf really made me feel welcome and were extremely patient and helpful. Particular thanks to Peter who literally gave me the shoes off his feet so I could test some golf clubs. No pushy sales, just genuine customer service.
