53Tammy is exceptionally rude when on the phone, so much that I hung up and went elsewhere. Bulk billing is great but id rather pay to be treated better than a second class citizen like she made me feel. Also helps if you guys answer your phones. Won't be back.
This practice never seems to answer phone calls and has gone backwards in a big way for quite a few months now. Need major improvements!
The receptionists, doctors and nurses at Drayton Medical do an exceptional job. Being one of Toowoomba's only bulk billing centres, and an extremely busy one at that, I highly commend all the staff for being friendly and positive under such busy circumstances, and for handling any situations that sometimes arise, with the utmost professionalism. A job well done to everyone. Thank you for your care.
I had the privilege to be treated by Dr Rutu, who is not only highly knowledge but also compassionate. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received.

Whilst it's a very busy centre, I have always experienced the office staff to be extremely pleasant, doctors are very attentive and thorough, and the "nurses" are incredibly supportive, empathetic and knowledgeable.
We were very fortunate to find this magnificent medical centre when we moved here.
Had a problem with my script. Gave them a call and they had my doctor on the phone to fix it almost straight away. Very reliable practice and great doctors
Reception staff is racist and rude even they do not know how to talk and explain things to people. Its been couple of years coming to this medical centre always had worst experience with reception staff. Reception staff is always the presentation of clinic, these guys must have to put some young welcoming energatic staff instead of rude old ladies, although clinic does have good doctors but incompitent rude & arrogant reception staff. I do not know how they are still on job. Doctors must have to think for good reception staff at clinic.
I have been going to doctor Rani for a few years now and she is amazing along with all the other doctors. I been getting Laze treatment from From Dr Rani she is a God sent to me I was straggling with hair but now I'm seeing the result from this treatment. Thanks to Doctor Rani
Dr Seetharam Singaravel is so unorganized with their appointments. I waited 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time which is just unacceptable! They should take this seriously as people have other things to do. Note for reception - If it was going to take that long, please advise the patient so they can reschedule or do something productive in that waiting time. I hope this gets to the Drayton Medical Clinic team.
I have been going to doctor Rani for a few years now and she is amazing along with all the other doctors but the receptionist (Linda) is so rude and unprofessional. Isn’t your policy “ aggressive and rude behaviour won’t be tolerated “ yet she can treat the patients like garbage and roll her eyes at you. This isn’t the first time that I have had to deal with her unprofessionalism but today was a joke and I will not be back again
Reception staff is rude. Moreover my sister who is pregnant was called to the clinic at 15: 30. She had to rush in uber to get there. When she reached there at 15: 30, they refused to let her in. And this is not happening for the first time. So disappointing! Can understand if they were busy but they werent.

Just great staff, all lovely ladies at reception, I recently moved to Toowoomba from out west, Augathella. The only problem is mine as I live in Newtown, otherwise of town but worth the trip. Thanks to you all.
Called to book in 2 sick kids. One under 1 and was told they could help until asking if we have been there before. When I said no they said well we can’t see them until tomorrow then.
Horrible service
Receptionist are rude and rushed. Tried calling for 2 hours this morning for an appointment. I was hung up on 3 times and then the phone just kept ringing out. Drs previously are very quick and not to concerned. Just want you in and out as quick as possible.
Dr Laura made me question my own sanity. Asking how I know I have these symptoms if I haven’t had tests done to give me the knowledge. She rolled her eyes at me. I left in hysterical tears. I went to her with cardiac issues. I am going private now getting tests done. Let’s hope it’s nothing serious. Lucky for me I went elsewhere but don’t you realise the implications of this Dr Laura? What can happen? Think about it.
After moving To Toowoomba our family needed a new GP, after a recommendation from a friend we came to Drayton and have been nothing but pleased from the service we have received especially Dr kwon. The service we have received has been friendly, prompt and also very caring.
Highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a family friendly doctor.
Doctors are 10/10, very polite and professional. But admin staff is very very rude. Linda (Admin), She always put me on hold, mentioned that she do not know about my enquiry, call after some time and again next day call and again no solution, at the end- I turned up as review. I am a patient not an employee who is working there, if I know everything then why would I end up calling to admin staff?
