Drakes Rochedale

Nice clean will stocked grocer. Staff are always helpful and the variety of goods is nice.

I have heard quite good things about this store but after visiting I left with nothing but utter disgust. Upon entering I was met with a look of hostility from a young man named Ryan. Reluctantly i went to him to ask the whereabouts of the milk, without hesitation he turned and snapped at me yelling "In the fridge! " Gesturing to the rightmost side of the store. I tried question his actions but before I could utter my first word he rudely told me to leave him alone. I left the store with nothing but regret for entering the store and I won't be back!

Was looking for a small trolley today, Eve came to my rescue. What a lovely lady. She moved a heap of large trollies to get me a small one.

My first time to this store and will definitely be coming back. Very clean and tidy staff very helpful.

Most every single item you can req and at their normal reasonable price. Great place to shop with the STAFF readily available to answer your every wish and remember always shop with your ears and eyes open then u can only blame yourself

Such a hidden gem! Staff are friendly, shop is clean.
Sometimes they are sold out of a few different brands but overall fantastic, prices on their meat especially good!

Good selection has many items that Woolies and Coles have stopped carrying.never won anything ever on the drake's app. But then they refused to take my seniors discount card.never mentioned that you can't use the useless app and not get the discount. Back to IGA daisy hill by the looks of things

There is still hope for a good future, where good old fashioned customer service is provided. Drakes Rochedale have always provided good customer service, but I was recently impressed when collecting an online grocery order via their click and collect. I was blown away.

We were meant to collect an order on a Thursday, but due to some changing circumstances, we were unable to get there until Saturday. When collecting the order, the manager in training brought our order to the car. He took time to be emphatic, ensuring everything was okay as we were collecting our order a lot later. Drakes also exceeded our expectations when they swopped out items that were expiring for fresher ones as the order sat there for two days. They also apologised for not having an item. I mean, I’ve collected an order out of the timeslot at Coles and was made the feel like a horrible person.

It’s also worth mentioning that Drakes Rochedale usually have most items in stock and sometimes call to clarify substitutions. Frustratingly with Coles, they often have no milk when we collect our order, however, on nearly all occasions, they actually had milk in the store.

If you live or are in the Rochedale area, you should make Drakes your number one place to shop! Outstanding service and an awesome shopping experience. How lucky we are!

First time I have visited a Drakes Supermarket. I was very impressed with the variety & ranges of goods. In particular the bakery was very appealing to browse. Lot's of items which you just don't see in Coles & Woolworths & everything looked so fresh & home cooked, was a very enjoyable laid back visit, will definitely be back

We visited today for the first time and were blown away with how spacious and tidy the store was. Every isle was faced up beautifully and my husband and I honestly walked around pointing out how neat everything was

Maybe we caught them on a good day but i feel like we have been sleeping on Drakes. We will be back.

Prices are pretty on par with woolies & coles, staff are lovely. Well done you guys

It's you regular IGA store.has most everything you need for groceries. Store is clean and staff are friendly. They now stock Covid tests and seem to always have stock of items that are in high demand.

First time being in a drakes an it was amazing everything was set out nice an neat and easy to find will definitely be doing food shopping here from now on

We were really surprised at the great range and variety of groceries available here and the prices. We have tried their on-line shopping and received everything that we ordered on time and well packaged. The store is very well laid out and very clean. The staff are also very helpful and courteous. I also love the better parking spaces available and the lack of congestion and rude drivers that we used to encounter at another nearby major supermarket.

Amazing. Beautiful, clean layout. Well stocked. Very relaxed vibe, we left not feeling the usual grocery shop fatigue. Friendly staff and comparable pricing. Will 100% shop here again in the future.

Never has any stock. Never has eggplants, zucchinis etc. I can never do a shop here and get everything I need. They need a new ordering officer

Superb service for online order. Got everything I wanted first thing next morning. Website was easy to negotiate. Loved it.

Store is good. Prices are normally within average.
Self-service checkouts are terrible, take ages to scan all products.

Like this and would have made it my preferred supermarket but the Handicapped parking bay is just too far from Drakes trolley bay. I could use a wheelie walker to get there but then what? I realise this is probably beyond Drakes control. Will now look at other options with this store.
