I Had a hard drive fail, looked at it for me, he could not recover it but put me onto a company that may be able to help and didn't charge me.good honest person.
Very helpful with our pc, turns out our pc got power surged and wasnt worth fixing, so he was able to hook us up with a new computer and a very reasonable price, would recommend.

I have tried to build my own PC. But when i finished and tried starting it, would not even budge. I was so worried i have wasted thousand of dollars and have broken something but, Dr Ned's computers have easily resolved the problem within an hour and have provided detailed information! Highly recommend.

I went to 2 IT shop and one of them said my motherbaord is broken and other one said it will take 3days to fix and they cannot garantee that they can fix it. I came to this guy and he fix my problem within 10minutes.
