15He’s by far the worst gp. Doesn’t allow patients to finish speaking. Where are the five stars coming from. Friends and families? Thats what I heard.
I got charged 240$ for a consultation. I do not have Medicare, I only have MediBank Insurance. So I don't know if it is the normal price in the CBD, but I would have appreciate to know the prices before.
Dr Matthew Yoong is very knowledgeable and very kind. He spent more than one hour to talk to me and help me understand what to do to have our medical setting in here since we are new in AUS, in case we need an emergency caring for my daughter. He talks very patiently to patients to understand their situation properly and then decide.

Dr Yoong is an excellent Doctor, caring, understanding and will persevere until he finds the right treatment for you and will refer you to specialist if need be. He always has the best interest of the patient at heart.
He's the nicest doctor I've ever seen. He was so friendly and nice when I went with an eye problem, explained clearly and gave me some time for questions. And my eye condition got much better. I'm moving to another city, but if I stayed in Brisbane longer and had health issue I would definitely go to him again.
Dr Yoong is the most compassionate, knowledgeable and thoughtful doctor I know. I had went to many GPs before finding Dr Yoong who managed to solve my problems. Definitely recommend seeing Dr Yoong!

I had a bad experience with your receptionist. I came on time for my appointment and still waited in the queue for more than half an hour. The receptionist is lack of customer service nor no sympathy to explain as to why it's taking long. I ended up leaving as my break time is finished.
