Visited the Macgregor store. Salesman was really helpful with helping us to work out a new fro nt door and screen.
Andrew, our installer was fantastic and did a very professional job.

You need to be very, very careful in understanding the small print on any purchase contract you sign with Doors Plus McGregor. They are excellent with all things to with the actual sale - but basically take little or no responsibility for any items that happen after installation - no matter how small the issue may be. Their slogan could easily be "We don't do that" - or even "The contract says". Be aware that if you order doors with a flyscreen - the flyscreen actually comes several weeks after the main door has been fitted! Also, wooden doors only have a paint seal applied to the bottom edge on install and if YOU don't seal the other 3 edges immediately, you door is likely to expand and warp with moisture. Also, door hinges are not set into a frame recess by the installer - merely applied to the flat frame. After spending a great deal of money, extremely disappointed and somewhat angry with the general attitude after purchase. Will not use them again and would not recommend to any of our contacts. Doors Plus - No Fuss slogan isn't really appropriate from our experience.

The customer service from the sales staff was lacking but efficient. Felt like they were just after a sale. Todd the installer was friendly efficient 6 out of 5. The product is good well stained and looks great.

We are wanting to get a new door, went in to door plus macgregor today. Sales person, a bigger blue shirt guy wasn't friendly. He doesn't seems interested in getting a sales at all. Doesn't like to explain things and doesn't like to be question. When I ask him question, he replied in a very rude way. Really disappointed. The other older Caucasian guy is so much better, I would love to buy from him but he was helping another customer, so we just walk out and choosing to spend our money elsewhere.

We were very happy with the service from Doors Plus. In particular I we have to add that Steve, our door installer did a great job of installing the doors and was very helpful.

Customer's service is unhelpful. Rang numerous times and was attended by a service that I would never recommend. The good news was that they were delivered on time.

Professional, honest and knowledgeable. Both Vic at Macgregor shop and Adrian door installer. Knew their stuff. It was really door to door service. Will def use them again

My doors are wonderful and the tradie spent extra time as my barn door was a bit more difficult to insert due to power point being in the way. Thank you Todd for your extra efforts and thank you Glen for your good salesmanship

The McGregor store attendants were very good to deal with over the phone. Professional and organised supported by a system that made it easy to help me quickly. In person later, they were again organised and efficient with their time and mine.and a great discount to wrap up their service. Well done to all

I got a door replaced by Doors Plus and was very happy with there service from choosing a door at their showroom to having our new door installed. The whole process was made easy by helpful and efficient staff.

Mr. "I'm really not interested" found us a price on our requested item but was not at all interested in our situation.
We spent our $$ elsewhere.

I had shutters for my windows installed by the MacGregor Store. I got 3 windows done and Todd the installer finished them in 2 hours. They look fabulous. Lifetime warranty. Great communication throughout.

Doors are rubbish, service is bad. We had a break in with our new door being kicked in. The door failed quite easily and now is warped so will not close properly. We contacted the original installer to repair the door and despite being told on 3 seperate occasions he would come to do repairs he never showed.

We had a new door cut into a brick wall, internal door replaced and locks replaced. Doors plus sales team and installers have been fantastic to deal with and workman ship was fantastic. They live up to their slogan, no fuss and very happy.

The whole experience went smoothly. Date lines were met on time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The installer did a superb job. Would recommend Doors Plus.

The service from date of order to installation was managed very professionally. Gavin the senior sales staff member was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Hamish who installed the internal and external doors knows his trade. Some tricky areas were professionally camouflaged and we are so happy with the final result. All that's left for me to do is paint and stain the doors.

I love my new doors! Glen at the MacGregor store gave great advice and we really appreciated his patience, not to mention the fact that he came to our place twice to provide a quote when we changed our mind! Hamish did the install and was friendly, professional and thorough. His attention to detail means that our doors look great and are fit for purpose! Thanks so much guys!
