The play place for the kiddos was pretty decent. Our daughter enjoyed it. Remember to bring socks. Entry was quick. They take cash or cards.

Only one person in the kitchen, and one person serving. So the adults who were waiting for breakfast had to wait over an hour for a Turkish roll with smashed avo. They also forgot my wife's iced coffee when bringing the rest of the tables drinks.

The food was nice, but I feel that it's understaffed and suffering for it. If our food arrived at a reasonable time, we would have ordered more while our little one played. However it took so long it was getting close to nap time, and so we had to leave.

Overall good idea, but needs staff.

We didn't end up coming inside for a play. We drove around in circles for a very long time trying to find a car park. I would advise you do not go on a week day. It is in an industrial area and every park is taken.
Nevertheless, the lady on the phone was extremely bubbly. It looked a little dark inside with a lot of babies. It seemed to be targeted at toddlers and babies as it was not a very big area.

We hired out the venue for my son's 5th birthday. My son told me it was the best day of his life and all the kids said it was so much fun. The staff made it so easy and enjoyable. I could not of asked for a better day. All the staff were so accommodating and went above all my expectations. I can't thank them enough. I Highly recommend booking your child's party here.

Great for the kids and it only cost $11 for as long as you like. We would highly recommend it to any family with kids.

Had the pleasure of having our grandson 3rd birthday party there and was pleasantly surprised by the morning we had. Could not fault our experience, with plenty to do for the kids and food for the adults was great. Well Worth a visit.

Lexi, The party host was so fantastic from the get go. Entertaining all the children in the disco room then moving into the private party room serving food and cutting of his cake- whom was also made by the amazing staff member.

My son had the BEST 3rd birthday that we could have ever wished for.

What a wonderful place Doodlebugs is. I attended my Grandson's 3 Birthday and what a wonderful time was had by my Grandson, his friend's and the adults that were there. "Everyone" entered into the fun time that was on offer at the centre. A perfect setting for a private birthday party and very special having paid to have Doodlebugs to yourself. You can buy tea's and coffees or drinks if you want them also various items for sale including Banana bread and Yoghurts. Food for the child's party looked amazing with various sandwiches, fresh fruit and freshly cooked chips. Sauce was added to the plate if children wanted it. The adults platter was a real feast and well presented with a lovely mix of meat pies, quiches, spring rolls dim sum, samosa and sweet potato chips and dips. Chilled water and cups were available at the table for everyone. I can't speak too highly of Doodlebugs. The Staff go the extra mile to make everything special for the occasion. I was very impressed and thrilled for my Grandson's special day. Also I have to say how clean everything was. Table's and floors are very clean. Toilets are spotless, disabled toilet facilities are available. I felt very safe in the environment of Doodlebugs. Which to me is most important having come through COVID. Thank you for a most enjoyable time one I will always remember.

This place is always a great atmosphere. Plenty of space for the kids and the party host are awesome. Lovely family owned and run. Just get it and enjoy.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, place was clean and so reasonably priced. Great way for kids to get their energy out on a rainy day.

Great place to have a kids' party. Very friendly and attentive staff. The party room for our daughter's second birthday party looked absolutely fantastic!

Very impressive play cafe. V clean, great layout, reasonably priced, and the staff are fantastic. Not one of those huge, grubby, lose your child establishments. Just wish I lived closer.

Fantastic play place! Safe, well thought out centre with great child and parent food and beverage choices (good coffee). Very well priced and friendly helpful staff. Definitely the best place for younger kids on the GC.

My 2 years old son absolutely loved it! The place is really nice and clean, the food taste great. The staff is friendly and truly adorable.
I’ve been to a few indoor playgrounds in the Gold Coast and this is definitely my favourite!

Hands down the best play centre on the Coast. Tons of things for the kids to do, with a dedicated 3 & under play area to keep the small ones entertained.
The food was great and excellent value, top notch coffee and the kids left happy and tired. Thank you to the lovely staff for a great day!

Could not recommend Doodlebugs enough if you want a memorable, stress free children's party at a fantastic location! Donna the Manager is absolutely lovely, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and all communication was extremely prompt. The food is delicious, both the children's meals and adult platters were incredible. When you walk in to the centre there is an almost family feel from the staff who are all so friendly. There are no signs telling parents not to go on equipment like at other Gold Coast play centres. At Doodlebugs they are very relaxed and parents are welcome to go on the play equipment with their children. The party hosts were amazing too, so kind to the children, professional, and a lot of fun! Thanks so much Doodlebugs, I'd give you a 10/10 if I could!

Donna is simply amazing. I can’t thank her enough for her time, patience and understanding. I chose Doodlebugs based on the wonderful reviews on Google even though it’s not the closest centre for us. We had my 6yr old birthday party there a couple of days ago and Donna and her team took care of everything. Prior to the party I had tons of questions as I really had no experience with organising a birthday party with school friends. Of course my child had birthday parties but only with the family and close friends so I had lots of questions and probably sent through quite a few lengthy emails. Donna was always quick with her replies and answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. It would have been quite stressful I think if it wasn’t for Donna, she was just so informative, helpful and I never felt pressured about anything. The day went splendidly and the kids (and adults) had so much fun in the dancing room and the party room was nicely decorated. While it was reasonable busy being a Saturday, it did not feel overcrowded and street parking were plentiful. Thank you so much again for a memorable day for my little one. I can highly recommend Doodlebugs. You guys are amazing

Thank you so much for making my sons 3rd Birthday amazing, memorable and stress free. The day was perfect, amazing food, beautiful cake and everything was beautifully paw patrol themed. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’d highly recommend your play centre to anyone wanting a play centre party

My children love this place, however it was a big disappointment the last time we visited as the train was not in action. This is the highlight for my boys when they go there.

On holiday from the Sunny Coast and we drove 40 mins from where we are staying to take the kids here. When we arrived we were unfortunately turned away because they were at capacity. Given its a weekend and raining heavily this is understandable so while we were all very disappointed we did understand. Just very disappointed because whilst sitting in the car (opposite the entry) trying to work out what to do with our kids we watched another parent with her 2 boys get turned away but then let in because one of the kids was throwing a tantrum about not being able to go in and play. Very much a shame to see this place promoting bad behaviour being rewarded by allowing them in despite being at capacity, while my kids were disappointed but understanding.
