Appalling returns policy (or lack thereof). Would not exchange 2 items of clothing (brand new and in perfect condition) on 2 separate occasions (a total of over $650). Will never shop there again and staff very unhelpful.

I'd give you 10 stars if i could.

Wow! What an awesome store, they have everything. I had never been there before, I was shocked at the size of the store and the range, pity I don't live nearer to Townsville.

I've never seen this scale of country-clothing shop in whole Australia. I wish I had a similar shop in my town Cairns. Must visit when I'm back at Townsville. Great range.

If you're looking for an Akubra this is the place to go. Was greeted by a staff member as soon as i walked in the door even though she was busy on the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hayley got me in the right size Akubra with plenty of tips on how to look after it so it lasts a long time.

First time in donohues. Although there was a small problem with an Item. The staff bent over backwards to rectify the problem. Wish other companies showed as much intrest in keeping customers happy as these ladies did. A credit to the company. Phil Roggero

Visited the store for an entire outfit. The staff were incredibly helpful. Though, the shoes I purchased had an obvious manufactures fault-I returned to swap them over but the Donohues staff member suggested that the fault was normal and she couldn't exchange them. I would recommend the store if they would abide by returns policy (by manufacturers fault).

Great place for country gear or just great quality clothes. RM Williams gear is on point, support local and get your boots here. The ladies are always lovely and who doesn't like a country girl!

Young girl Darcy assisted me in the store. An absolute pleasure to deal with, she is an asset to that business.

These types of shops are starting to disappear so its great to have good service and products still local. Prices are ok but the service makes up for it without question.
