Domino's Pizza Sunnybank

I came from a long drive and after I reached I order a pizza from here and after that I asked for the toilet key and staff refused it. Really disappointed very bad service.

Always ordered pizza from here on most tuesdays because it is closer to home.
Gets very crowded sometimes

First and last time I order from them. When I called to check on the progress, they said "we're busy" and hung up. 15 minutes later I called again, and they hung up without answering. Called again and the delivery person said they delivered it, to a place with no lights and no answer to his knock. If he had of called, he would have known he was at the wrong place, dead simple.
Generally and repeatedly incompetent.

Best service I had from Domino’s after so long, especial thanks to customer service from JOSH, very polite and nice service with nice pizza.

Massive thanks and praise must be given to Caitlin from Domino's Sunnybank in Brisbane. Her Customer Service and bubbly, friendly personality has been nothing short of sensational, as well as her willingness to always go the extra mile to look after her customers. Caitlin definitely deserves recognition for her service and attitude, especially considering it was a bit unexpected from such a young person, but we are very lucky and so glad to know that she is a member of our local Sunnybank store!

I made an order in store and was being charge almost $10 extra compare to what was writing on the board due to public holiday I was told. Then after sometimes I came back here and was charged $6 extra compare to what was written on the board. The excuse this time was it's because of deal offer if I've been offered. Yet there was no conditions for the deal on board. If you feel the need to lie to charge your customers extra. Atleast lie wisely enough.

Ordered large pepperoni pizza with 2x pepperoni but didn’t get the 2x. Manager talked to me and she compensated well and admitted for their mistake and was incredibly kind and apologetic about it. She’s also extremely beautiful and I think i lowkey fell in love with her and love her fashion sense (prada necklace). Thank you

The most inconsiderate delivery riders of any delivery place I've seen. I'm sick and tired of being pushed off the footpath by bicycle delivery riders that don't understand pedestrians have right of way. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears! Someone will get hurt by this stores riders one day especially on Beenleigh Rd!
I'd go to bed hungry before I ordered anything from this inept and poorly run store!

Food was good, although I asked twice if my pizza was ready they told me no I waited an extra 10mins and I was ready the whole time

Wouldn’t recommend ordered a Uber eats pizza 30 minutes before close and never even arrived. Obviously to lazy to make it near closing time

Decent if you want a standard menu pizza, but I have ordered in store and online with toppings alterations and I’ve not yet received any.
Be it added ham or subtracted spinach they have always ignored it and I’ve lost a fair bit of money in giving them chances.

And they’ve never given me a remake or refund.

What an absolute JOKE! Last night I went in to pick up an order and as soon as I walked in I just knew I was in for a bad experience. Staff were blasting inappropriate music from a speaker that was right near the front desk, they were fooling about and throwing things like rags around the store, and there was a random guy out of uniform just walking around the kitchen and laughing with the staff… I literally stood there for 2 whole minutes and THREE staff members looked at me and didn’t bother to speak to me so I had to speak up myself. To top it all off, the food was just as bad as the customer service because they got the order wrong. Over the past year this place has really taken a turn for the worse— Please save yourself the hassle and just go to Acacia Ridge…

It was the worst. The pizza was cold and the cutting was a mess. The delivery was too late and delivery guy missed two side menus. And I called the Sunny Bank store. They will be delivery in 20 minutes, but the delivery hasn't been delivered in 2 hours. I don't want to order again.

Waited for 1 and half hours on Tuesday. Horrible customer service. They just repeated we have to wait for another 10min. They could just tell us the truth instead of lying

Will never buy again, as I am vegetarian and my husband (order name-somil) ordered veg roma but I found some slices of chicken. I forgot to click the pictures. You need to be careful while making pizza.

Our local pizza joint. Always great. Cant complaint. Except parking can be a pain during peak times.

Was taken aback at being charged a $5 delivery fee and nearly cancelled. Normally I order the cheaper pizzas and get free delivery. This time I ordered two of the expensive ones, and got a delivery fee. $44 for the two pizzas delivered is not good value. Think I will try Pizza Hut.

The vegorama pizza I got looked like topping has thrown on it from a distance and tasted really bad. Rest of the pizzas were not bad condition but really killed my appetite to eat. Delivery driver took the pizza to another complex, so I have to run after her so I can get my pizzas.

They first turn up 20 min late with the wrong pizza now I've been waiting for my replacement pizza for 2 hours and counting, nobody is answering the phone. Worst Domino's ever!
