Domino's Pizza Richlands

Waited for 15 mins for an order only to go back and being told that someone picked up our order already. You’d think they would already have security measures in place for such situations like asking for receipt for confirmation or anything else but no. Thankful to the workers that still came through and redo our order but hopefully they would at least have something in place for this to not happen again.

I ordered the lot pizza at 10: 20pm (22h20) to delivery to my home (it just nearly 2km) and i got the notification is it will be done and estimated arrival at 10.30 to 10.40 but it wasn’t. I didn’t receive my pizza. When i called the restaurant, the number phone is died and disconnected.wth happened?

Got the new LOT pizza. VERY disappointed.it was a lot. LESS! Could not count 15 different toppings! Could not even count 15 items on each pizza.sad sad disappointing, the last owners may not have spoken great English but the pizza was great. This was terrible. The thin and crispy is thin and floppy

Don’t worry about ordering in advance:
I rang and ordered a pizza at about 11: 50pm (23: 50) and told them that I would be there to pick it up at 12: 20am (00: 20).
Got there at 12: 25am (00: 25).
The young fella in the hi-vis that was in urgent need of a meeting with a washing machine, couldn’t find it.
They didn’t even make it (yes there were orders waiting to be collected).
Had to wait another 15 minutes for it.

They do not know how to make pizza.pizza making is a art everyone can't do.yesterday I bought 3 pizzas.non of them was properly cooked.lots of cheese and sauce on pizza.base was still raw.we through the pizzas and cook the dinner at home
I bought spicy peppy paneer pizza from Richlanddominos today.look.no paneer on pizzaa.

My partner bought a pizza and he’s got food poisoning because the meat and fish was not cooked on it.

They never delivered my order. I had to lodge a paypal dispute and paypal decided it in my favour and gave me my money back.

I order the chicken wings and chicken tenders but they give me chicken nuggets instead of my order, they didn’t confirm the the order before when they start making the order by call if they didn’t have stock in the store. They are providing the poor service at all.

I ordered 5 pizza for over $100
1/ cold
2/ ask for deep pan got thin
3/ask for extra toppings off mushrooms but didn’t get
4/ the pizzas was not fully round
5/ pizzas wasn’t cut properly
6/ driver was late
7/ they were brunt
8/ had to return the pizzas myself that made dinner night with family unhappy and angry

Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after it said it was ready on the App. When I went in to collect my pizza the staff said they’ll check and told me to wait. I stood in the corner for a good 15minutes watching the clueless and uncoordinated employees run around without any idea of what’s going on. A different staff member then asked me what I ordered again and was told he would check for me. After, I stood around for 20 minutes. I easily watched at least 30 - 50 people come in and collect their orders while I was waiting. I think they either need to be trained properly or sacked. I will be driving the extra mile to Forest Lake Domino’s from now on. It’ll be quicker than going to the Richlands one just down the road from me.

Ordered online for delivery, almost been an hour since I’ve ordered and food has not left the store yet. Would have been sitting in the heater for at least 45 minutes now. Tried calling three times and no one has answered. Do better.

The worst pizza experience ever. Paid for a deluxe pepperoni which was meant to have 100 silces, wasn't even 20. Emailed the shop and no reply. Hasn't been the first time from a useless domino's franchise. Big corporations don't care, time to find a local and support them.

Time and time again I’ve been super impressed by the amount of toppings this Dominos branch serves compared to all the other dominos. Never had any issues with pick up or delivery, always efficient and on time. I was once a Dominos doubter but I’m now devoted. Ps. Dominos didn’t pay me to say this.

Placed my order and 5 minutes later, employees assuring me my order was going to be slightly late, great customer service. Pizza also looked phenomenal and tasted so too. Thanks Dominos

Wasn’t even able to experience the food, online order was cancelled even though the store doesn’t close for another 2-1.5h’s, staff just too lazy to make a 5 item order.

Poor quality very rude staff had my wife crying they stuffed up our whole order and didn't even offer a refund or a voucher very poor will never go back to this store ever again

I never complain about food
But the pizza I got today wasn’t even edible the crust was failing apart and not even cut at all I wanted was pizza not a sloppy mess.
I am sorry to complain.

I ordered a $5 pizza with an additional sauce topping ($1) and prawns ($3). My $9 pizza was made very well with generous toppings and service was polite and efficient.

However they did forget to add my prawns which was over 30% of the cost hence the 3 stars.

Best dominos about, if you want good dominos make sure you hit this one and avoid the one at my ommaney at all costs! Richlands is where the pizza is at?
