Domino's Pizza Browns Plains

Ripped off $70 and nothing turned up.
Kids went to bed without anything to eat.
I'll be at your door at 11.00 am to get my money back or we'll be on the 6.00 o'clock NEWS.

Hit and miss with quality of pizza, only had one issue with delivery but overall delivery service is good and never a long wait for order to come thru.

Great store manger tries hard to keep on staff so mistakes are low and the results are starting to show thank you

Dominoes Italian cheezel tv barbeque hamlet box beefcows and sauce 0ringinal Stephen merchandtiles QR onions pepper Ronaldo I meatlovers and red sausage.

Everytime we order from here, takes forever and pizzas are very sad looking. EDITING TO ADD THIS WAS NOT ORDERS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, just normal old typical weekdays.

Me and my family enjoy out meat lover without cheese and it always test amazing.

Pizzas were great but garlic bread & cheese bread burnt. Minimal garlic butter on garlic bread.

It's a shame the pizzas always have the same issues, even after I spoke to the manager. Eg; not enough cheese, overcooked the toppings on 3 out of 4 pizzas. Inconsistent every time

3 times I’ve been there in as many weeks and each time they’ve messed up the order
1st time I went to pick up they didn’t have the correct bases
2nd time they made the pizzas wrong
3rd time they made the pizzas wrong again. I know it’s just a bunch of kids and I shouldn’t expect much, but when they just have to make the basic value range pizza and can’t get it right, you’ve got to wonder. Not to mention the last time was a public holiday and I had to pay a surcharge for it. Failed to mention as well it took longer waiting in store for them to remake than it was ordering online

I ordered 2 pizzas (peppy paneer) and they did not put peri peri sauce on it. It is supposed to be there without extra charges. But there wasn’t even a trace of it, even when it is included in the pizza that I ordered. Very disappointed, had to throw these away because they’re not tasty at all,

They make excellent thin and crispy pizza's at this shop. Much better than compared to my experiences at other stores. Friendly staff and fast delivery. Thanks guys

I came in to get pizza tonight and was served rudely by Samuela her customer service is atrocious besides pizza was good

If i could give half a star i would. The customer service here is a joke and they dont want to or care about resolving complaints. The staff are rude particuarly Adi who is the rudest, most obnoxious person i've had the misfortune to meet. How he is in a customer service role is beyond me. He should never deal with customers. Im so disapointed in the quality of service and food. Spend your money elsewhere.

How can I give zero stars.
Half order delivered other half thirty minutes later and was cold.
Spoke to store and was lied to by staff saying my second half of order was being freshly cooked, but NO. Delivery was cold and unappetizing. Spoke to (so called) manager and he was not interested in helping or even hearing what I was trying to explain about delivery or being lied to from his staff.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.as they are not interested in customer service or safe food handling.
I invite upper management to contact me about this review.

12 minutes later than ETA and cold. So all up 39 minutes. Wrote specific instructions to make sure delivery guy knows where to go. From car to mailbox to tree. At least the pizza looked decent and what was expected

I paid these pizza shop for perri perri sauce and they sent me this.is there any options to give - stars

Pizzas had hardly any sauce, covered maybe 50% of the base of the pizza. Base was very doughy and tasteless. Also got our order wrong (Added ingredients we didn't and missed out ingredients we wanted), called up and "manager" advised that they'd refund us. Never heard anything for a week and called back then the manager said they wouldn't be refunding us anymore. WOW thanks for letting us know. I like getting dominoes but that's the last time I will be buying from this one. Very stingy on ingredients!

Valid service, great pizza and delivery biker, would recommend you ask for malvin to delivery he is fast and keeps the food safe, with other delivery guys i've notice the food gets ruined like the lava cake in the image below

Absolutely Horrible food, soggy, too much cheese and missing base sauce. First Time ordering in a while, now I know why my wife never orders from here. The delivery guy was the total opposite, he was delivered the order faster than expected even for a bike and was very nice and diligent when delivering the order. I was also surprised since he looked so young, but his customer service was a 9/10. I would have recommended him to join a different dominos because has such a bright future in the hospitality world if he left that dump, I regret not reading his name but he was pretty short like 5 7 and indian.
