70I placed my order at 11.52am and did not receive it until 1.30pm. However, before I received my order, it was already displayed as delivered on the app. When I called the store to inquire, the staff told me that it would take another five minutes to deliver to my home. So why do undelivered orders show as delivered? Also, I was unable to track the delivery, but I can track my order through GPS provided by the app in previous orders. The chicken balls I ordered have started to get close to cold, and the outer skin has softened and looks very disgusting. My crispy fries are not crispy at all because they are already cold and I don't want to eat them anymore! I often order on the app, and this experience has disappointed me a lot!
Lacked toppings tonight but normally lots more from this domino’s. Service was a bit slower than normal, but it was still good cos it was half price pizzas tonight. $15 for 2 large pizzas, cheap shout!
Dominoes used to be a good place but now the pizza sizes and amount of toppings are a joke, attached is a pic of a supreme pepperoni, worst $15 I ever spent, haven't been there in a couple of years and won't be returning. Better off going to three black bears, get 3 times the amount of topping and much larger pizza for same price.
Not happy. I ordered delivery online just before 11pm (hour before they close). Waited 40 minutes, the app was saying it’s ready in store so I phoned up just for them to say it’s been cancelled because it was too late. I was never notified that it was cancelled before I phoned up at 11: 40. I said “will it be refunded” the guys on the phone said “yes” right before hanging up on me. I never received a refund. This is appalling. Very disappointed
They dont know how to make a pizza or how to keep the work area clean. The prep station is disgusting. I know how to make pizza's. It only takes a few seconds to wipe down. It tasted shocking. Your staff need retraining.

Ordered 3 pizza's 3 sides delivered. 3 pizzas have shown up and only 2 sides. All 3 pizzas were squashed in one side of the box and only 2 sides have shown up. Once a again Dominos you have scammed me but this will be the last time. I paid for 3 sides and you have only delivered 2. How is it that companies like yours can get away with fraudulent behaviour by charging customers for items that they do not received?
Just a follow up, Dominos has reached out and offered me a credit for the value of the complete order. While I appreciate the offer I will not be ordering from Dominos or any other major food franchise anymore. The food quality is hit or miss, most often miss and expensive. Unlike the local family owned takeaway shops in my area which always provide good quality and value for money.

If there are signs up advertising a deal, you should honour it or take it down. I noticed another customer that asked for the same deal. I’m not sure if she got it or not.
Worst pizzas I've ever brought they staff there have no clue and they're just hopeless at their job ive ordered 3 times now and every time pizza not cut or barley cut barley any toppings was cold and not cooked one time and last order I got was a large pizza and they gave me some shtty small pizza and when i rang about it they refused to make another or pay me back and the thick shakes are more like milkshakes never buy from here well done acacia ridge domino's yall useless young muttz learn how make a pizza
If u ever are lactose intolerant don't order a pizza without cheese you will not get enough topping at all.

Placed an app order and one pizza was completely wrong, went back and got it replaced with the correct one.
5stars for the staff! Every time we go here it’s always friendly and fun vibes- a young man helped me to my car (baby) just really a great team- the pizzas are great also! Think only once we had a small mix up- great work:)
The owner chooses to not participate in as many vouchers as possible so you’re flat out trying to get the standard 30% off menu price that is available at any dominos at any time.
I order 2 pizza and both of them not cut in slice. Whole pizza we cut with knife in our home.
This happened with me twice time
Misplaced our order, had to ring twice to find out where it was. Only offered a free garlic bread for their stuff up. Still waiting on our dinner now
Love their pizza, already fresh and hot when I collect it. Staff are very friendly. There is not much parking at the front but there is more around the corner, which is a little hidden at first
Double charged on a delivery. No call backs even after multiple calls to the store explaining the issue. Very disappointing and bad customer service.
Never received my delivery and I informed staff on the phone however they initially refused to rectify issue with statement of "We're too busy right now and don't have anyone, I'll just place you on hold and get a manager" I was then placed on hold then the phone hung up.
I called back and spoke with the same worker (Betty) and was given same statement as before. Phone hung up on me again.
Called back for the 3rd time with the same worker and requested to remain on the phone with her until she was able to get a manager in which she replied "Ok fine! I'll get you a manager then. ".
I was then in contact with Joe whom investigated the misdelivery and was able to have the order remade and prioritised the delivery to my address.
I would like to thank Joe for the quick resolution however I do not appreciate Betty's dismissive actions which dragged out the resolution.
Wings were cold, almost frozen. Brought them back and let the staff know. Little did I know they wouldn’t replace my 10 wings but instead only give me 3 fresh wings without sauce and make us keep the rest of the frozen cold ones. I don’t normally make a fuss about food but this is probably the worst Domino's I’ve been to, lowkey wish I could rate in negative stars. Dominos HR really needs to get this place checked, man’s really used the same gloves to push rubbish down into the bins then keep making pizzas with the same ones.
